During the trials the chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were used for dyeing-fatliquoring pro-cesses: "SMH 473", "Ekomin-5", "Mimosa A", "Ekodisp", "SN-22S", "Evrosintan RSN-40". The article was shown to customers and received a satisfactory review. The client plans to purchase chemicals and conduct extended trials of the recipe.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) continued work on improving the recipe of the article "Floater" with substitution of the import products on the fat liquor "SMH-600" pro-duced by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia). When using the fat liquor "SMH-600", it was noted: good exhaustion of the fat liquor and low foaming during the processes. When milling the article after embossing good grain after milling and good touch were noted. Finishing of the article "Floater" was carried out with the chemicals of the company Pielcolor, S.L.U. (Spain). The simplicity of the recipe, “light” film and good touch of the obtained article were noted. In the nearest future it is planned to conduct extended trials using this recipe.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) during a business trip to a textile fac-tory, auxiliary chemicals and acid dyes were tested in production. The recipe of dyeing mixed yarn (wool/acrylic) through bleaching was worked out. A wide range of dyes were tries to create a cata-logue of acid dyes for yarn. Acid dyes were used for dyeing: black and coloured, as well as the dye-ing leveler SN-TV. The result of dyeing satisfied the client, extended trials are carried out and an order is expected. Working meetings were also held with other partners and cooperation in the field of fur processing and textile is planned.....

During technological visits to tanneries, specialists of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) held presentations of the new Trend book "Autumn-Winter 2022/2023" of the com-pany "PIELCOLOR" (Spain) for tannery’s managers and technicians. The Trend book "Autumn-Winter 2022/2023" presents shoe and leather goods articles, colour trends, as well as a number of new chemi-cals: АА 4651 – soft covering preground for full and corrected grain articles; АА 4655 – wax emulsion, to obtain the "Burnish" darkening effect; АА 4333 – wax emulsion that gives medium softness, easy polishing, waxy silky touch; ST 6604 – new glossy agent for fixing coatings on leather, which does not contain solvents with excel-lent rub fastness; ST 6603 – new matt agent for finishing coatings on leather, which does not contain solvents with excel-lent rub fastness. The tannery's technicians have shown interest in some articles and chemicals. New products were or-dered to test the recipes of these articles in the conditions of their tanneries.....

As part of the development and strengthening of partnership in Central Asia, trials were carried out to develop and improve recipes of soaking-liming-tanning processes in production. The trials were based on the recipe of soaking-liming-tanning processes with the use of chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia). The recipe was worked out on calf and bovine hides. When eval-uating the trials results, the tannery's management noted the density and elasticity of the resulting wet-blue, which meets the quality criteria of wet-blue of the tannery's customers - buyers from China, who were completely satisfied with it. An agreement was reached to conduct extended trials of the reci-pe. An order was made for the chemicals necessary to do them.....

The articles were made using chemicals from the following companies: Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia); Cromogenia-Units S. A. (Spain) and Pielcolor, S.L.U. (Spain). The manufactured articles are sent to cus-tomers for shoe production.....

The trials were made on calf hides using the following fat liquors: "SMH-477", "SMH-480" and "SMH-6". The crust was evaluated satisfactorily; good fullness and uniform milling were noted. The heads of the tannery decided to work out the recipe on bovine hides. An order was made for the necessary materials for this article.....
