The floater articles received a positive assessment of the tannery's managers. The plant has prepared an order for conducting trials for on production batches.....

The following products produced by "Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya» were used in the recipe: "Evrosintan RSN-40" — retanning agent based on acrylic polymer for milled articles; "Evrosintan MS" — melamine resin with strong filling effect; "Evrosintan FO" — retanning agent with ex-cellent filling effect, which makes leather grain firm, preventing hardening of the leather. As fatliquor-ing agents, the following composition was used: "SMH-470"," SMH-480", and "SMH - 707". On the basis of this recipe, articles with milling and various types of embossing were worked out. Finishing was carried out using PIELCOLOR, (Spain) chemicals, as well as pigment concentrate "PK 1014 black". The trials re-sult is positive. Lightness of the finishing, blackness and pleasant touch were noted.....

On December 11, 2020, the annual award in the field of export of goods and services "Exporter of the Year" was held as part of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition in the Belgorod region. Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have developed a new product "Evrosintan RSN-40" - a retanning agent based on acrylic polymer for different kinds of the leather in order to fill and obtain firm, elastic leather. In December 2020, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimi-ya, LLC (Russia) tested the recipe "Nappa K" using a new acrylate "Evrosintan RSN-40». The crust turned out to be filled and elastic, suitable for articles with and without milling. Finishing of this crust was car-ried out by the tannery independently; in the finished form the articles from this crust received a satis-factory assessment. At the moment the cost of production of these articles is being calculated in or-der to take further actions to continue the development of the Nappa K article.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has obtained positive results when working out the recipe of beige cow lining using Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemi-cals. A white fatliquoring composition "SMH 473 white" was used in the recipe, which provides a softer and more uniform colour over the entire area of the side. Technicians noted good touch and fullness of the resulting lining.....

In December 2020, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) worked out a recipe of obtaining wet-blue on raw calf hides of 17-21 kg and 21-25 kg, using chemicals of Shebekin-skaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units, S. A. (Spain): soaking accelerator "SN-ON", anti-wrinkle agent "Vega RLT", Tripsol RSTP, Basificante MG. The resulting wet-blue was evalu-ated satisfactorily.
