During technological visits to tanneries, specialists of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) held presentations of the new Trend book "Autumn-Winter 2022/2023" of the com-pany "PIELCOLOR" (Spain) for tannery’s managers and technicians. The Trend book "Autumn-Winter 2022/2023" presents shoe and leather goods articles, colour trends, as well as a number of new chemi-cals: АА 4651 – soft covering preground for full and corrected grain articles; АА 4655 – wax emulsion, to obtain the "Burnish" darkening effect; АА 4333 – wax emulsion that gives medium softness, easy polishing, waxy silky touch; ST 6604 – new glossy agent for fixing coatings on leather, which does not contain solvents with excel-lent rub fastness; ST 6603 – new matt agent for finishing coatings on leather, which does not contain solvents with excel-lent rub fastness. The tannery's technicians have shown interest in some articles and chemicals. New products were or-dered to test the recipes of these articles in the conditions of their tanneries.....

As part of the development and strengthening of partnership in Central Asia, trials were carried out to develop and improve recipes of soaking-liming-tanning processes in production. The trials were based on the recipe of soaking-liming-tanning processes with the use of chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia). The recipe was worked out on calf and bovine hides. When eval-uating the trials results, the tannery's management noted the density and elasticity of the resulting wet-blue, which meets the quality criteria of wet-blue of the tannery's customers - buyers from China, who were completely satisfied with it. An agreement was reached to conduct extended trials of the reci-pe. An order was made for the chemicals necessary to do them.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) continued work in a toll mode on production of articles: "Two-phase black nubuck", "Shoe Floater with emboss". The articles were made using chemicals from the following companies: Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia); Cromogenia-Units S. A. (Spain) and Pielcolor, S.L.U. (Spain). The manufactured articles are sent to cus-tomers for shoe production.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) continues work on improving the ar-ticle "Crust-Nappa K". The trials were made on calf hides using the following fat liquors: "SMH-477", "SMH-480" and "SMH-6". The crust was evaluated satisfactorily; good fullness and uniform milling were noted. The heads of the tannery decided to work out the recipe on bovine hides. An order was made for the necessary materials for this article.....

Since April 19, 2021, the 4th International Specialized Exhibition of Fur and Leather products "Soft Gold of Russia" has been opened and is currently being held in Pyatigorsk in the VK "Narodny". The exhibition "Soft Gold of Russia" is an important event in the market of fur items and the main business platform where the business life of the industry is concentrated. Every year the exhibition demonstrates the work of the best domestic and foreign fur clothing manufacturers, designers, gathers representatives of the largest multi-brand chain stores, fashion industry experts, bloggers and young fashion designers pre-senting their projects on its site.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) at one of the fur factories has con-ducted technological trials to work out the recipe of fur lining using the fat liquor Uphol PFK. The trials were completed with a positive result; an order for extended production trials was received from the fur factory.....

In Asia the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has tested chemicals for soaking-liming-tanning processes. The following chemicals were used as part of the trials: • SN-OV – a soaking accelerator; • SN-22S - a universal, highly effective washing and degreasing agent that meets the REACH regulations and is intended for degreasing heavy weight cow hides; • Vega-RLT – an anti-wrinkle agent; • Vega Е-93 - a fast-acting deliming agent with a buffering effect, whose organic components help to get clean grain; • Tripsol RSTP – a softener for cow hides, sheep skins and fur skins. The obtained wet-blue was evaluated satisfactorily, the absence of wrinkles and looseness was noted.....

In the conditions of one of the tanneries, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) continued works under a toll mode on production of articles: "Embossed Floater", "Two-phase Nubuck", as well as crust “Nappa K" for further finishing to get articles "Full Grain Nappa" and "Correct-ed Grain Nappa". The articles are made using chemicals from the following companies: Shebekin-skaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia), Cromogenia-Units S. A. (Spain) and Pielcolor, S.L.U. (Spain). The tannery's technicians evaluated the obtained articles positively. The articles are planned to be sent to customers for sewing shoes and obtaining a final conclusion.....
