The hair is clean and crumbly after ironing. The leather tissue is soft and elastic, the skin is light, draped. Work has also been carried out on dyeing the fur lining with acid dyes sold by the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia). The tests were successful. Uniform dyeing in hair height and area has been achieved, colours have been worked out.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) have worked out the recipe of finish-ing corrected grain article using chemicals from the company Pielcolor (Spain): -АА 4623, АА 4626 — covering soft pregrounds for full and corrected grain leathers; -МL 2806 — compound for base coats with high leveling power and silky touch; -UR 1715 — polyurethane for glossy upper coatings, which gives the leather warm soft touch. The trials were successful; the finished articles will be demonstrated to customers.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) have worked out the shoe article recipe in thickness of 1.8-2.0 mm with a combination of vegetable tanning agents "MIMTAN AT1", "MIMOSA CR", "MIMOSA RG". The product "MIMTAN AT1" has excellent dispersing properties, facilitates the penetration and distribution of vegetable tanning agents ("MIMOSA CR") and dyes. The product "MIMOSA CR" is a combination of modified mimosa and chromium, has a low pH = 2.8, which facili-tates the process of fixing tannins and dyes, therefore gives the leather fullness and tightness, as well as smooth fine grain. The product "MIMOSA RG" is polymerized tannin (increased molecule size) with strong filling properties, in combination with the product "MIMTAN AT1" is distributed in more loose are-as of cattle hides and sheep skins. The trials were successful. Positive feedback from the tannery's technicians was received. The crust will be finished and demonstrated to customers. At the last exhi-bition "MOSSHOES 2021", specialists of tanneries noted that the resulting crust is elastic, filled, and there is no looseness throughout the area. The final evaluation will be given after finishing the crust and showing it to customers.....

At the tanneries, trials were carried out on working out a dyeing-fatliquoring recipe of Floater with nat-ural milling and the use of a new recipe of the company Cromogenia-Units (Spain). The article "Floater" has received a positive feedback from the technicians of the tanneries and will be sent to customers for feedback.....

At tanneries, trials were carried out on working out of the dyeing-fatliquoring recipe of Floater with embossing and with the use of the new fat liquor "SMH-600" in combination with the aldehyde tanning agent "Evrosintan ED", which is produced by the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia). The fat liquor SMH-600 gives leathers good softness. It is evenly distributed over both the area and the thickness of the leather, giving deep softness, tenderness and pleasant touch. Evrosintan ED is an aldehyde tanning agent for leather and fur, which has high tanning power, enhances the fastness of leathers. The article "Floater" has received a positive feedback from the technicians of the tanneries and will be demonstrated to customers of shoe factories to obtain a conclusion.....

Currently, tanneries are working out a soaking-liming-tanning recipe using chemicals from Shebekin-skaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC: "SN-22Sh", "SN-OV", "Vega RLT", and it is also planned to use the basifying agent "Bazamin" in the recipe, which has already been tested at the tanneries and received positive feedback. The work will be evaluated after receiving the finished article.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) have conducted a technological vis-it to a tannery on working out shoe recipes. The management of the tannery positively evaluated the article "Floater" (corrected grain) with the use of chemicals from Pielcolor (Spain): AA 4649; AA 4566; UR 1434; UR 1420; ML 2806. Good covering power of the chemicals and light finishing were noted. The rec-ipe No. 1 "Talkum" with the "BURNISH" effect from the trend book "Autumn-Winter 2022/23" by PielColor (Spain) has been worked out. A new product was used in the recipe: AA 4333 - wax emulsion for fin-ishes with polishing, which gives the finish medium softness, light polishing, "waxy" silky touch, uniformity, gloss and transparency. The article received a positive evaluation. According to the results of the business trip, it is planned to order materials for extended trials of these recipes and demonstration to customers.....

The All-Russian Conference of Export Development Infrastructure was held in Belgorod from July 27 to July 30. In 2021, the regional export support infrastructure turns 10 years old. The organizer of the event is the Russian Export Center. The conference was attended by representatives of the Russian Export Center and heads of regional export support centers (ESC) from 82 regions of the Russian Federation. Within the framework of the event, practical sessions were held on the effectiveness of the promotion of export support centers in the media space, training on working with the “My Export” digital plat-form, improving sales skills of export support centers and the Russian Export Center. Fur factories have tested recipes for production of fur lining and mouton with the use of chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC: "SMH-470B", "SN-20Z", "SN-MB", "SN-NV", "Vega SO", "SN-ML", "SN-Sh1", as well as fat liquors of foreign companies. Good results were obtained during the degreasing process with a combination of chemicals "SN-20Z" and "SN-Sh1", while white, clean hair was noted. When using "SN-US" and "SN-NV" dyeing levellers, black deep uniform colouring of the fur lining was obtained. Foreign fat liquors and "SMH-470 V" were used in the fatliquoring process of dyed crust. It was noted that fat liquors do not stay on the hair and give pleasant touch to the leather tis-sue. "Vega SO" was used in milling in order to reduce residual fat from the hair, as a result, friable hair was obtained, and the skins are easily ironable. And also the dyeing of the fur lining with fur dyes, of-fered by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC was carried out. Good results were obtained. The articles were selected for demonstration at the “MosShoes” exhibition.....
