Namely, the following production defects were noted: felting and loss of hair, breakage of the skin tissue in mechanical processes. Due to the defects, the output of the article "decorative carpets" during production batches was 50 %. At the request of the management of the tannery, the tannery recipe was adjusted and the recommendations of Shebek-inskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were worked out in treating long-haired sheepskin for the article "decorative carpets". The product "SN-MB" was introduced into the process of soaking as a wetting agent with bactericidal properties. A cationic softener "TK-Sh6" was introduced into the tanning pro-cess in order to improve the sliding of the hair and to prevent hair felting. In December 2021, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) conducted technological trials of the recipe of dyeing fur skins in light shades through optical bleaching. The product “Vega OO” was used as an optical dye (bleaching agent) for fur, wool, silk and polyamide fibers. "Vega OO" is fixed on the hair, converting the light of the ultraviolet region of the spectrum into a white (bluish) glow, which enhances whiteness and masks yellow shades. The trials were carried out with a positive result: the shade of the dyed fur skins turned out to be light, pearl-gray. Partners have shown interest in using this recipe in the production of the article "decorative carpets". The partners were also presented with a range of acid coloured dyes of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) have worked out the recipe of cellu-lose leather retanning. This article is intended for work clothes. As a tanning agent, "Ekomin-5" was used — a synthetic filling-retanning product, characterized by the ability to form the leather structure. The trials were carried out with a positive result: the obtained crust is form-resistant, and it was evalu-ated positively by the management and specialists of the tannery. It is planned to use this recipe not only in the production of leathers for work clothes, but also in the production of “Uggi” boots.....

In the experimental workshop trials were carried out on the use of "CMH 470 V" in the recipe of fur lining production. "SMH 470 V" is a fat liquor developed by specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimi-ya, LLC (Russia) for fatliquoring fur skins. The trials had a positive result: the skin tissue of the resulting article is soft and light, and the hair is clean and crumbly. Trials continued in production conditions.....

In December 2021, the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) tested recipes of wet-blue production with the weight of raw hides - buffalo: 19-22 kg and 25-30 kg. The recipe used chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and chemicals of the company Cromogenia-Units S.A. (Spain): "SN-22S", "SN-OV", "Fermentol-23", "Vega E-93", "Vega RLT", "Tripsol RSTP", "Basificante MG". When summing up the results of the work carried out, the following were noted: uni-form colour of wet-blue, smoothed wrinkles, the presence of weakly expressed belly wrinkles, as in simi-lar tannery batches. In general, the work was evaluated satisfactorily, the final evaluation of the work will be done after making crust. Plans for further work to improve the wet-blue are outlined.....

At wool treating factories in Central Asia, trials of the chemical "SN-Sh5R" — a concentrated washing agent for washing raw wool - produced by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) was carried out. The quality of fine wool was evaluated by touch and by the content of residual fat. The test result is positive. The finished wool meets all the requirements of GOST.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has worked out a recipe of cow lining using a fat liquor "SMH-477", which gives softness and tenderness, pleasant touch to the grain, contributing to increased elasticity and tear resistance. The article was positively evaluated by specialists of tan-neries. Chemicals were ordered for production batches.....

In November 2021, training was held for specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Rus-sia) in the laboratory of the company Pielcolor, S.L.U. (Spain). During the technological visit the follow-ing tasks were completed: 1. Variants of full grain leather finishes have been worked out using:1) pregrounds AA 4621 and AA 4628 for masking minor defects of the grain; 2) compound ML 2806 - soft compound with silky touch; 3) AT 7631 – feeling agent with warm waxy touch. 2. Variants of waxy article finishes with a "whitish effect" have been worked out using a combina-tion of WA 0435 - an emulsion of fatty polymers for a special effect and AA 4365 - a matting wax emulsion. As an adhesive ground the new urethane UR 1919 was used - a product that improves adhesion when finishing leather with an oil or water-repellent effect, without worsen-ing the water resistance of the leather. 3. The article No. 10 "Rutile" from the trend book "Autumn-Winter 2022/2023" with a matte finish has been worked out. The new chemical RE 2921 was used in the recipe, which improves the pene-tration of an impregnation agent and adhesion of the coating. A special matte urethane UR 1677 was used for fixing. 4. The article No. 3 "Lava" with wax finish has been worked out. New products were used in the recipe: new urethane UR 1919 and AA 4333 - wax emulsion to create a polishing effect. 5. Double Face articles have been studied. Leather cutting has been done for demonstration to customers.....
