Recipes of finishing leather with impregnation and haircell emboss, floater, full and corrected grain nappa using Pielcolor (Spain) chemicals were tested. The test result is positive.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have developed a new product "Evrosintan RSN-40" - a retanning agent based on acrylic polymer for different kinds of the leather in order to fill and obtain firm, elastic leather. In December 2020, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimi-ya, LLC (Russia) tested the recipe "Nappa K" using a new acrylate "Evrosintan RSN-40». The crust turned out to be filled and elastic, suitable for articles with and without milling. Finishing of this crust was car-ried out by the tannery independently; in the finished form the articles from this crust received a satis-factory assessment. At the moment the cost of production of these articles is being calculated in or-der to take further actions to continue the development of the Nappa K article.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has obtained positive results when working out the recipe of beige cow lining using Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemi-cals. A white fatliquoring composition "SMH 473 white" was used in the recipe, which provides a softer and more uniform colour over the entire area of the side. Technicians noted good touch and fullness of the resulting lining.....

In December 2020, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) worked out a recipe of obtaining wet-blue on raw calf hides of 17-21 kg and 21-25 kg, using chemicals of Shebekin-skaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units, S. A. (Spain): soaking accelerator "SN-ON", anti-wrinkle agent "Vega RLT", Tripsol RSTP, Basificante MG. The resulting wet-blue was evalu-ated satisfactorily. Chemicals for repeated trials have been ordered.....

The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) in the experimental shop conducted trials of the recipe for shoe crust for milling "Nappa K" using chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and chemicals of the company Cromogenia-Units (Spain). At the filling stage, the following products were used: Retanal DU Extra, Retanal MV Extra, Evrosintan FO and the new product Evrosintan RSN-40. Evrosintan RSN-40 — is an innovative retanning agent based on acrylic polymer, which provides grain strength, good fullness of leather, promotes better penetration of vegetable and synthetic retanning agents. As fatliquoring compositions, the following products were used: SMH-470, SMH-707, SMH-480, which give softness and uniform milling in the drum to leather. Crust obtained according to the recipe "Nappa K" received a preliminary positive assessment and in the nearest future it is planned to conduct extended trials.....

In November 2020, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC in production conditions worked out with a positive result the soaking-liming-tanning recipe for calf hides of 17-21 kg. The yield on the area was more than 19 dm2 per kilogram of raw hides. In the nearest future, it is planned to continue work in accordance with the tested recipe on heavier weights of raw hides.....
