On October 6-8, 2021, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC took part in the exhi-bition "BelTexIndustry-2021", Minsk, Belarus. The exhibition stand of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimi-ya, LLC was visited by representatives of tanneries, fur and textile factories of Belarus. As part of the work at the exhibition, meetings were held with representatives of the textile and light industry of Bela-rus. New products for the textile industry were presented to customers: degreasing agents for wool, acrylic and cotton fabrics; antistatic agents for the spinning process; dye leveling agents for cotton, wool and acrylic; sizing agents for processing wool fiber and its mixtures with synthetic fibers; condi-tioner for wool, cotton, linen and synthetic fabrics; dyes. Based on the results of the meetings and ne-gotiations, a plan has been drawn up for conducting technological trials and terms for technological business trips to factories have been set.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC carried out trials on working out the recipe of the article "Kant". Dyeing-fatliquoring processes were carried out according to the recipe using a combination of vegetable tanning agents: "MIMTAN AT1", "MIMOSA CR", "MIMOSA RG". Finishing was carried out using the compact "CP 2818" of the company Pielcolor, S.L.U. (Spain) - a universal product for all types of leather. The trials were successful. The article was evaluated positively; chemicals for ex-tended trials were ordered.....

At the beginning of October 2021, work was carried out to test the recipe for soaking-liming-tanning using the chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia). The recipe was worked out on calf hides, weight 18-22 kg. The following chemicals were used in the recipe: • “Fermentol 23” is a complex enzyme agent for soaking, providing uniform watering and alkalini-ty distribution, readiness for epilation; splitting and accelerating the removal of fiber-to-fiber proteins; • “Vega RLM” - agent for deliming; • "Tripsol RSTP” — is a softener for cattle hides and skins and fur skins, the product compares fa-vorably in quality and economy; • "Bazamin”— is a basifier, which is prepared magnesium oxide. It promotes uniform increase in the pH value and more complete exhaustion of chrome tanning agent. When summing up the results of the work on testing the recipe for soaking-liming-tanning, the tannery managers noted: 1.) advantages of the proposed recipe for the soaking-liming plot in terms of price-quality. 2.) the good work of the basifier “Bazamin” on the full exhaustion of chrome tanning agent. 3) anti-wrinkle agent Vega RLM, characterized by the best properties for the prevention of wrinkles.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) at several tanneries have worked out recipes for obtaining shoe, haberdashery and belt leathers using a combination of vegetable tanning agents: "MIMTAN AT1", "MIMOSA CR", "MIMOSA RG".....

On September 21-23, 2021 at the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry, Tashkent, (Uzbekistan) and online (ZOOM) The International scientific and practical conference "The role of higher educa-tional institutions in the innovative development of the leather, shoe and fur industries: problems, analysis and solutions" was held within the framework of the project "Strengthening the potential of universities of Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan in the field of leather and leather products production" - REILEAP under the ERASMUS+ program.....

Visits on introduction of chemicals and recipes of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) were conducted at tanneries. The emphasis was placed on new products: "SMH-477", "PC 2026S". • «SMH-477» — a product for fat liquoring leathers of chrome, vegetable and mixed tanning. The fat liquor is evenly distributed over both the area and the thickness of the leather, giving the grain softness and tenderness, pleasant touch, while increasing elasticity and tear resistance. • "PC 2026S— pigment concentrate for finishing white leathers with enhanced whiteness. The partners are offered the recipes of soaking-liming-tanning processes, dyeing-fatliquoring processes and finishing. The visits were carried out with positive results: orders were received, chemicals were ordered for testing recipes and the terms of technological visits were agreed.....

In the second half of September 2021, a series of visits to textile enterprises was held. During the visits, the following products were presented to the enterprises and offered for use: washing - degreasing agents for wool, acrylic and cotton fabrics; antistatic agents for the spinning process; dyeing levellers for cotton, wool and acrylic; sizing agents for processing wool fiber and its mixtures with synthetic fi-bers; conditioner for wool, cotton, linen and synthetic fabrics; dyes. As a result, orders for samples of chemicals were received; a plan and schedule for conducting extended experimental batches were agreed.....

The 85th International Specialized Exhibition of Shoes, Bags, Accessories, Leather and Related Materi-als - "MOSSHOES 2021" was held on August 30 - September 2, 2021 in Gostiny Dvor. The event was held with the support of the Ministry of Industry and the Russian Union of Tanneries and Shoe makers. Manu-facturers and suppliers of shoes for adults and children, accessories presented new collections, at the exhibition "Leather and accessories" tanneries from Russia, Turkey, Italy, Belarus and Uzbekistan pre-sented their products. By tradition, a rich business program was organized for the participants of the Mosshoes Autumn-2021 exhibition – Shoes Retail Congress. As part of the business program of the 85th MOSSHOES 2021 exhibition: 1)Plenary session with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on the topic: "The Russian leather and shoe market: the path to sustainable development in modern conditions"; 2) round table on the topic: "The leather and footwear industry of the EAEU. Progress. Prospects", as well as seminars where market participants dis-cussed topical issues of the industry, retail, online commerce, etc. Within the framework of the "E-Commerce Day", participants of the "Association of e–commerce Companies" - Ozon, Wildberries, LaModa and Detsky Mir - told about all the nuances in working with marketplaces. The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has carried out trials of recipes for fur sheepskin production using the fat liquor "SMH 470V". The result is positive. The hair is clean and crumbly after ironing. The leather tissue is soft and elastic, the skin is light, draped. Work has also been carried out on dyeing the fur lining with acid dyes sold by the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia). The tests were successful. Uniform dyeing in hair height and area has been achieved, colours have been worked out.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) have worked out the recipe of finish-ing corrected grain article using chemicals from the company Pielcolor (Spain): -АА 4623, АА 4626 — covering soft pregrounds for full and corrected grain leathers; -МL 2806 — compound for base coats with high leveling power and silky touch; -UR 1715 — polyurethane for glossy upper coatings, which gives the leather warm soft touch. The trials were successful; the finished articles will be demonstrated to customers.....
