In February 2022, the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC worked out a recipe of dyeing fur articles using a new fur dye "Acid Black MD". Trials were carried out on the following articles: • dyeing of fur lining; • dyeing of mouton and article “Double Face”; • rabbit dyeing. A fairly black colour and uniform dyeing were marked. The use of the dye "Acid Black MD" in combi-nation with other coloured dyes allows you to obtain different colours — "STEEL", ashy, grey-blue, dark blue, etc. under the order of customers. The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has carried out a production approbation of shoe split in a thickness of 1.6-1.8 mm using the product "Evrosintan VA" to strengthen the fibrous structure of the split, which improves the ability of the split to buffing and ensures obtaining short hair. The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC carried out an extended development of the shoe crust recipe in a thickness of 1.4-1.6 mm using a combination of vegetable tanning agents: "Mimtan AT-1", "Mimosa CR", and "Mimosa RG". In the resulting article the tightness and fullness of crust are marked. A batch of the crust has been sent to the client to assess the quality and obtain a final conclusion. The presenta-tion presents fashion trends in the decoration of articles, the colour scheme, which is relevant in 2023, the main trends in design when creating a new collection of leathers.....

In January 2022, a training of specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC together with partners of the Belorussian tannery took place in the laboratory of the company Pielcolor, S.L.U. (Spain). During the training, the following articles were worked out: • Full and corrected grain nappa to match the sample provided by customers. A new soft preground AA 4651 in combination with AA 4649 were used in the recipe; the fixa-tion was glossy, based on UR 1786, LP 4003 and BR 0875; • White patent article. A light-resistant compound CP 2819 was used in the basecoat in combination with UR 1443. At the same time, good tightness of the grain with the im-pregnation of RE 2935 + RE 2921 was noted. Lacquer coating - UR 1721 with the addition of white PC. • Article «Burnish». Light aniline finish with AA 4655 was applied on the crust, which gives pleasant touch to the finished leather and emphasizes the “Burnish” effect (there is a darkening effect when rubbed with abrasive wax on brushes). • Article № 7 «DANAIS» from the trend book «Autumn-Winter 2022/2023» — full grain arti-cle with the use of ML 2807 and UR 1692. • Article № 13 « HONEY» from the trend book “Autumn-Winter 2022/2023” — full grain arti-cle with a soft preground АА 4651, compound ML 2806, and glossy fixation with the use of ST 6604.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have worked out the recipe of the article "Split" for work shoes with haircell embossing. Dyeing and fat-liquoring processes were carried out using chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC: • "Ekomin-5” - synthetic filling retanning agent; • "Ekodisp S” – dispersing and dye leveling agent and; • “Mimosa A” - tanning agent for chrome-free tanning of leather, retanning of chrome tanned leather for shoe upper articles; • "SMH-470” – fat liquor for chrome and vegetable tanned leather; • "SMH-473” - semi-synthetic fat liquor for chrome and vegetable tanned leather; • "Evrosintan VA” - auxiliary agent for impregnating suede leathers and split in a drum in order to improve polishing and when obtaining short hair. The obtained split was compact and with good touch. Extended trials were repeated on the produc-tion batch. The article was sent to the customer.....
