The resulting wet-blue was evaluated positively and put into production for the article crust, lining. The crust and lining has been sent to customers. The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has carried out trials of a recipe for the production of crust nappa from calf and bovine hides in a thickness of 1.2–1.4 mm using a combination of vegetable tanning agents - Mimosa RG, Mimosa CR, and Mimtan AT-1. The combination of these products gives good fullness and tightness to the crust, fills loose areas of the hides, and contributes to obtaining a fine-grained surface after milling. The obtained article was evaluated positively. Chemicals for extended production trials have been ordered.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have worked out the recipe of obtaining a crust using a combination of vegetable tanning agents for bovine hides in thicknesses: 1.2-1.4 mm and 1.4-1.6 mm. The touch of the resulting crust meets the tannery requirements. Tensile strength, elongation under tension within the normal range. The article has been sent for testing to the customer. The recipe of obtaining a crust of increased thicknesses 1.8-2.0 and 2.2-2.4 mm for buffed article with emboss according to the recipe of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC was also tested. The obtained article was evaluated positively. It was decided to conduct extended trials of the recipe.....
