Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC carried out an introductory visit to a tannery in Central Asia specializing in production of work shoes. During the working meetings, recipes from wet-blue to finished leather were presented. New products were presented to the tannery’s techni-cians: Fermentol RSTP — softener for cattle hides, sheep and fur skins; Evrosintan LA — syntan for white articles. Emphasis was placed on fat liquors that are "sales leaders" — "SMH 470", "SMH-473", "SMH-480"; vegetable tanning agents, filling agents and finishing chemicals. An order was received from the management of the tannery for chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC for all pro-cesses of leather production, approximate dates of technological visits to the tannery were planned.....

At dfactories of Central Asia, the product "SN-Sh1R" was tested for washing raw wool. The trials were carried out according to the recipe of washing raw wool, developed by specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. The trial result is positive: the wool is fluffy, white; the residual fat content is normal; an economic effect was obtained when working with the product "SN-Sh1R". Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC at tanneries have been working out recipes with the use of fat liquors: "SMH-E", "SMH-477", "SMH-470", "SMH-6", produced by Shebekinskaya indus-trialnaya khimiya, LLC as import-substituting products in relation to foreign counterparts in shoe reci-pes of factories in the production of crust, crust-nappa, crust for polishing. Specialists proposed vari-ous combinations of fat liquors in order to obtain the crust that meets the requirements of tanner-ies. The work as a whole was evaluated positively; plans for further introduction of the products into tannery recipes were outlined. An order has been received for extended trials.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC is actively developing its international cooperation not on-ly with enterprises of the leather sector of Asian countries, but also with educational and scientific insti-tutions. Thus, within the framework of the concluded cooperation agreement with the Tashkent Insti-tute of Textile and Light Industry, Tashkent (Uzbekistan), on the Faculty of Technology and Design of Light Industry master's theses in the specialty: 5A320902 – "technology and equipment of light industry products (technology of leather and fur products)" were defended, in the writing of which chemicals of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were used.....

Uzcharmsanoat Association, with the assistance of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan (MIFT), organized and held the 12th International Exhibition of Leather, Foot-wear, Leather Haberdashery, Fur and Wool "UzCharmExpo - 2022" from May 25 to May 27, 2022 at the Uzexpocenter. The UzCharmExpo exhibition, held twice a year – in spring and autumn, has become an effective and the largest specialized platform in Central Asia for establishing mutually beneficial co-operation, establishing cooperative ties in the leather, shoe and fur industry with an international composition of participants from Russia, Belarus, Italy, Germany, India, Turkey, Spain, Poland, Great Britain and other countries. The business program "UzCharmExpo – 2022" included speeches and meet-ings of the exhibition participants, where in the formats of "B2B" and "G2B" negotiations, direct com-munication and presentations, points of contact of interests were found, new projects were demon-strated and new contracts were signed, as well as a master class on shoe design and fashion shows, where their shoe models, clothing, leather goods intended for everyday use, were demonstrated by design students of the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Ac-cording to MIFT, about 400 domestic and foreign companies took part in the exhibition "UzCharmExpo – 2022".....

Mendeleev, so in the first year of the celebration, the holiday was assigned the number 1 corresponding to the periodic system of chemical elements named after D.I. Mendeleev - hydrogen. Lanthanum is the 57th element of the periodic table of chemical elements, heads the lanthanide family, and is also a symbol of Chemist's Day 2022.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has carried out trials on washing raw wool with a concentrated washing-degreasing agent "SN-Sh1". After washing the wool with "SN-Sh1", the ob-tained wool was more crumbly and light, the residual fat was normal. The management of the factory announced savings when working on the recipe using "SN-Sh1", compared with the factory recipe. The trials were evaluated positively, it is planned to order this material.....

At one of the tanneries in Central Asia, work was carried out on testing of a shoe article of increased thickness with the "TULIP" emboss. The dyeing-fatliquoring and finishing recipes have been worked out. The works were positively evaluated by the management of the tannery, plans for further cooperation were outlined, an order was made for materials for the industrial production of the article.....

The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have obtained positive results on testing the product "SN-50" — a concentrated auxiliary agent for liming, an emulsifier of fats. The product is soluble in water at any temperature. It is stable against acids, alkalis and hard water. The main func-tion of this product is the emulsification of natural fat, which is in the form of a suspension in a liming bath, while fat is not deposited on the walls of the drum. "SN-50" is developed specifically for leathers with a high fat content. It can be used in the processes of unhairing-liming of sheepskin with a high fat content. Orders have been received from partners to conduct industrial trials of the product.....
