The crusts were obtained using chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, as well as using combinations of mimosas: "Mimosa RG", "Mimosa CR", "Mimtan AT-1”. The crusts have received positive feedback. The customer has set tasks for testing the recipes of shoe articles in the experimental shop of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya

Technicians of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya
khimiya, LLC carried out a technological visit to the tannery in order to test recipes for finishing belt articles using chemicals from "friendly countries". During the trials, the following leather articles were worked out:
• Semi-anilinefinishes;
• Matte and shinyarticles.
The articles received a positive evaluation. An order was received from the tannery for the chemicals for extended trials.....

A training of technicians of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya
khimiya, LLC on finishing in Turkey has been held held. During the training, the properties of leather finishing products were studied. Recipes were worked out for the tasks of tanneries:
• «Fullgrain nappa», «Corrected grain nappa», «White floater»;
• Wax articles;
• Article “Crazy Horse”;
• Article with the use of design rollers.
All leather articles were sent to customers for feedback.....
Promotion of a new chemical "SMH-7" for fur treatment.

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has obtained positive results on the approbation of the new chemical "SMH-7" for fur treatment. "SMH-7" is a composition based on synthetic oils, phospholipids, natural complex wax-like esters for the fur kicking process. It is applied to the skins by painting or in a drum for 10-30 minutes. Depending on the type of raw skins, the duration of the kicking process is 20-120 minutes. The product is produced on an industrial scale. Orders have been received from factories for extended trials.....

The obtained crust is evaluated positively. A production batch of crust is planned for the nearest future.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested the recipe of producing a cattle lining with thickness of 0.7-0.8 mm using fat liquors "SMH-12" and "SMH-E" and a beige dye - "Beige RU". Both versions of the article received a positive assessment in terms of colour and touch.....

On February 14 – 17, 2023, the International Exhibition of Light Industry - "Fashion Style Russia” (Legprom)" was held in Moscow at the CROCUS EXPO, organized by the Russian Union of Tanners and Shoemakers (RSCO).The purpose of the event was to establish domestic and international relations in the industry, bring Russian companies to a new level of trade and expand the influence of fashion business on the Russian economy.The exhibition was attended by leading manufacturers and suppliers from Russia and a number of foreign countries, including Belarus, Uzbekistan, presenting products of more than 120 brands.
