In December 2021, the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) tested recipes of wet-blue production with the weight of raw hides - buffalo: 19-22 kg and 25-30 kg. The recipe used chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and chemicals of the company Cromogenia-Units S.A. (Spain): "SN-22S", "SN-OV", "Fermentol-23", "Vega E-93", "Vega RLT", "Tripsol RSTP", "Basificante MG". When summing up the results of the work carried out, the following were noted: uni-form colour of wet-blue, smoothed wrinkles, the presence of weakly expressed belly wrinkles, as in simi-lar tannery batches. In general, the work was evaluated satisfactorily, the final evaluation of the work will be done after making crust. Plans for further work to improve the wet-blue are outlined.....

At wool treating factories in Central Asia, trials of the chemical "SN-Sh5R" — a concentrated washing agent for washing raw wool - produced by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) was carried out. The quality of fine wool was evaluated by touch and by the content of residual fat. The test result is positive. The finished wool meets all the requirements of GOST.....

In November 2021, training was held for specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Rus-sia) in the laboratory of the company Pielcolor, S.L.U. (Spain). During the technological visit the follow-ing tasks were completed: 1. Variants of full grain leather finishes have been worked out using:1) pregrounds AA 4621 and AA 4628 for masking minor defects of the grain; 2) compound ML 2806 - soft compound with silky touch; 3) AT 7631 – feeling agent with warm waxy touch. 2. Variants of waxy article finishes with a "whitish effect" have been worked out using a combina-tion of WA 0435 - an emulsion of fatty polymers for a special effect and AA 4365 - a matting wax emulsion. As an adhesive ground the new urethane UR 1919 was used - a product that improves adhesion when finishing leather with an oil or water-repellent effect, without worsen-ing the water resistance of the leather. 3. The article No. 10 "Rutile" from the trend book "Autumn-Winter 2022/2023" with a matte finish has been worked out. The new chemical RE 2921 was used in the recipe, which improves the pene-tration of an impregnation agent and adhesion of the coating. A special matte urethane UR 1677 was used for fixing. 4. The article No. 3 "Lava" with wax finish has been worked out. New products were used in the recipe: new urethane UR 1919 and AA 4333 - wax emulsion to create a polishing effect. 5. Double Face articles have been studied. Leather cutting has been done for demonstration to customers.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) carried out a production batch of large-area fur sheepskin for the production of fur lining with the use of the following products: - in the degreasing processes, a concentrated washing-degreasing agent for degreasing hair in the fur production "SN-Sh1" and an agent for soaking and degreasing "SN-20z" were used. In the process of work, it was noted that after degreasing the skins with these products, the hairline is clean and crum-bly; - during the tanning and fatliquoring processes, the fat liquor "Nouvol SV" was used, developed for soft glove and double-sided leathers. The finished article turned out to be soft, elastic with good stretch of leather fabric; - production batches of mouton were dyed to match the shades of the customer with the use of the leveling agent "SN-US”. Dyeing was carried out with a positive result - experts noted uniform dyeing in the area of the skin and in the height of the hair. As a result of successful trials, orders were received for a series of production trials.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) carried out the finishing of hydropho-bic crust using chemicals from the company Pielcolor, S.L.U. (Spain). The obtained article in appear-ance corresponded to the client's requirements; samples of the article were sent to the customer for testing and sewing shoes.....

On October 6-8, 2021, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC took part in the exhi-bition "BelTexIndustry-2021", Minsk, Belarus. The exhibition stand of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimi-ya, LLC was visited by representatives of tanneries, fur and textile factories of Belarus. As part of the work at the exhibition, meetings were held with representatives of the textile and light industry of Bela-rus. New products for the textile industry were presented to customers: degreasing agents for wool, acrylic and cotton fabrics; antistatic agents for the spinning process; dye leveling agents for cotton, wool and acrylic; sizing agents for processing wool fiber and its mixtures with synthetic fibers; condi-tioner for wool, cotton, linen and synthetic fabrics; dyes. Based on the results of the meetings and ne-gotiations, a plan has been drawn up for conducting technological trials and terms for technological business trips to factories have been set.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC carried out trials on working out the recipe of the article "Kant". Dyeing-fatliquoring processes were carried out according to the recipe using a combination of vegetable tanning agents: "MIMTAN AT1", "MIMOSA CR", "MIMOSA RG". Finishing was carried out using the compact "CP 2818" of the company Pielcolor, S.L.U. (Spain) - a universal product for all types of leather. The trials were successful. The article was evaluated positively; chemicals for ex-tended trials were ordered.....
