At one of the tanneries, specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC tested the basifying agent "Bazamin" on a batch of cattle hides. The use of the basifying agent "Bazamin" allowed to smoothly increase the pH during the basification of chrome tanning. At the same time, a high degree of exhaustion of the chrome tanning agent was achieved in comparison with sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate, which reduced the cost of chromium recovery. The trials were carried out with a positive result - the customer has no questions about the quality of the wet-blue. Extended trials of the product are being conducted.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC obtained positive results in fur production with the use of the following products:
• «SMH-7»- kicking oil;
• «Ekofix/1»-aluminumtanningagent;
• «SN-Sh8»-concentrated washing-degreasing agent for fur with non-ionic activators of micelle formation;
• «SN-30»- stabilizing agent for fatliquoring fur crust, degreasing agent at all stages of fur produc-tion;
• «SN-A» - antistaticagent.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has conducted demonstrations of articles obtained during trainings at foreign companies. The following articles were demonstrated: "Crust-nappa", "Floater", "Full grain Nappa", "Corrected grain Nappa", wax articles with the effect of "Pull-up", "Crazy-horse", "Split with haircell emboss". The articles received positive feedback at many tanneries. Emphasis was placed on the light fastness of the articles white "Nappa" and white "Floater", where light- and heat-resistant chemicals were used, as well as stuccos and covering pre-grounds in the finishing of the articles "Nappa" and "Split", which provided good covering power and the absence of "orange peel" on the article "Split".....

In the experimental shop of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, the recipes of the article "Crust-nappa" were tested using a combination of mimosas: "Mimosa RG", "Mimosa CR", "Mimtan AT-1". The recipes focus on filling and fat liquors in order to achieve elasticity, softness and fullness of the leather over the entire area. After milling the crusts were evaluated positively and sent for finishing.....

A training was held on the study and development of chemicals for dyeing and fatliquoring processes at a foreign company from a "friendly country". Recipes of articles “Nappa crust for milling” and “Floater” were tested. The crusts were positively evaluated by the company technicians. The final conclusion will be made after finishing.....

During the training, finishes were worked out for the tasks of customers: "Full grain black nappa", "Corrected grain black nappa", "Corrected grain white nappa", "Split with haircell emboss", articles with the use of a design rolls, wax articles, as well as chemicals for improving resistance to rubbing of suede leathers were studied.
