In the dyeing process, the dyeing leveler “SN-US” was used, the fatliquoring was carried out with "SMH- M" and "Nouvol SV".....

At one of the tanneries, Dowell finishing chemicals have been tested in finishing of shoe articles: "Full Grain Nappa", "Corrected Grain Nappa", "Corrected Grain Floater". In the article "Corrected Grain Nappa", the stucco "Stucco 9320" was tested with application on a roller coating machine. During the trials, good filling and leveling power, easy polish properties were noted. In the finished article, improvement in the grade of the leather with good coverage of defects was noted. The compound “RC 3060” was used in the base coat of the "Nappa" and "Floater" articles, while softness and good covering ability were noted. Based on the results of the technological visit, an order for these finishing chemicals is planned for extended trials.....

At tanneries, recipes of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have been tested using the dyeing leveler “SN-US” and the fat liquors “SMH-11”, “SMH-12” in suede dyeing. Uniform dyeing and softness of leather tissue were noted. Orders have been received from the tanneries for extended testing of the recipes in production conditions.....

At the fur factory, the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested the following fur recipes:
• the recipe of dyeing fur lining with using a combination of three colours (blue, red and yellow) with a dye leveling agent "SN-US" in the colors "Nutria", "Steel". Uniform dyeing was obtained on Chinese and Australian crusts.
• the recipe of processing mink and beaver skins. The following products of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were used: «SN-MB», «SN-Sh8», «SN-Sh1», «SMH-11», «SMH-12», «SMH-7», «Ecofix/1», «SN-30», «SN-ML», «Vega –SO», «SN-MSO», «SN-А». The chemicals provided good quality of the skins: excellent stretch of the leather fabric, shiny hair. The lightness of the skins was noted.....
