"SMH-7" is a composition based on synthetic oils, phospholipids, natural complex wax-like esters for the fur kicking process. It is applied to the skins by painting or in a drum for 10-30 minutes. Depending on the type of raw skins, the duration of the kicking process is 20-120 minutes. The product is produced on an industrial scale. Orders  have  been  received   from  factories for extended trials.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has carried out trials of finishing recipes: "Corrected grain nappa", "Floater", "Leather goods" using chemicals from "friendly countries". The finishing was evaluated positively. Good covering power and pleasant touch were noted. An order has been made for the chemicals for extended trials.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has tested the recipe of crust in the thickness of 1.6-1.8 mm using a combination of vegetable tanning agents: "Mimosa RG Powder", "Mimosa CR Powder", and "Mimtan AT1 Powder". The obtained crust is evaluated positively. A production batch of crust is planned for the nearest future.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested the recipe of producing a cattle lining with thickness of 0.7-0.8 mm using fat liquors "SMH-12" and "SMH-E" and a beige dye - "Beige RU". Both versions of the article received a positive assessment in terms of colour and touch.....

On February 14 – 17, 2023, the International Exhibition of Light Industry - "Fashion Style Russia” (Legprom)" was held in Moscow at the CROCUS EXPO, organized by the Russian Union of Tanners and Shoemakers (RSCO).The purpose of the event was to establish domestic and international relations in the industry, bring Russian companies to a new level of trade and expand the influence of fashion business on the Russian economy.The exhibition was attended by leading manufacturers and suppliers from Russia and a number of foreign countries, including Belarus, Uzbekistan, presenting products of more than 120 brands. Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) took an active part in the exhibition, having pre-pared and presented to its partners updated collections of the 2023 season of chemicals for the leather and shoe, fur and textile segments of the light industry, as well as modern current recipes and collections of articles of leather and fur of the 2023 season.....

Successful trials of chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC in the processing of fur raw materials (mink, fox, and marten) were carried out. The following products in the fur processing have been used: • «VegaSO» — a product for degreasing hair in the processes of washing and final drumming of fur skins; • «SMH-7» — a kicking oil, which provides high plastic properties of the skin tissue, and does not affect the hairline; • «SMH-11» — an electrolyte-resistant highly stable universal fat liquor for emulsion fatliquoring of sheepskin, goat, fur; • «SMH-12» — a universal fat liquor for all fur articles, which does not precipitate on the hair and gives excellent plastic properties to fur skins. All processed fur samples will be presented in the collection of fur articles 2023 at the exhibition stand of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC within the framework of the exhibition "Fashion Style Russia” (Legprom), Moscow, on February 14-17, 2023.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested chemicals in the recipes of the articles "Crust-nappa" and shoe crust. The article "Crust Nappa" was tried to match the tannery article. The recipes were proposed and tested using a combination of vegetable tanning agents: "Mimosa CR", "Mimosa RG", "Mimtan AT-1"; a retanning agent based on the acrylic polymer "Evrosintan RSN-40", which is used in articles for milling and without milling; as the main fat liquors "SMH-12" - a new product for leather based on natural and synthetic sulfitized fat components and "SMH-480" - a product of natural and synthetic oils for soft articles were used.....

The chemicals were tested in the recipes of production of fur articles and peltry. In the recipes of sheepskin fur lining, the dyeing leveler “SN-US” was used. Thanks to the use of the product "SN-US", the penetration of dyes has been improved, uniformity and matching of the colour have been ensured. Antistaticproperties have been acquired with fur lining made of sheepskin. In fatliquoring of fur articles and peltry, a combination of new fat liquors was used: "SMH-11" and "SMH-12".....

At tanneries, promotion of chemicals from non-European countries for leather finishing is successfully continuing. Recipes of finishing "Full grain Nappa", "Corrected grain Nappa", "Corrected grain Floater", "Lining leather from cow", "Furniture articles" have been tested. All the articles made at the tanneries will be presented at the Fashion Style exhibition in Moscow in February 2023.....
