The combination of these products gives good fullness and tightness to the crust, fills loose areas of the hides, and contributes to obtaining a fine-grained surface after milling. The obtained article was evaluated positively. Chemicals for extended production trials have been ordered.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have worked out the recipe of obtaining a crust using a combination of vegetable tanning agents for bovine hides in thicknesses: 1.2-1.4 mm and 1.4-1.6 mm. The touch of the resulting crust meets the tannery requirements. Tensile strength, elongation under tension within the normal range. The article has been sent for testing to the customer. The recipe of obtaining a crust of increased thicknesses 1.8-2.0 and 2.2-2.4 mm for buffed article with emboss according to the recipe of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC was also tested. The obtained article was evaluated positively. It was decided to conduct extended trials of the recipe.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested the product "Evrosintan MS" — a melamine retanning agent with a strong filling power developed on domestic raw materials. The trials were carried out on crust for the article without milling; the comparison was carried out with a similar tannery product. The resulting crust was good. Touch of the crust was very close to the tannery standard. The final conclusion will be made after finishing.....

After positive experimental trials of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, production batches of Nappa crust were launched at the tannery according to the recipe 1.51 using a combination of mimosas: "Mimosa CR", "Mimosa RG", and "Mimtan AT-1". The processes were carried out successfully. Final conclusions on the quality of the production batches of Nappa crust will be made after finishing.....
