At tanneries, recipes of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have been tested using the dyeing leveler “SN-US” and the fat liquors “SMH-11”, “SMH-12” in suede dyeing. Uniform dyeing and softness of leather tissue were noted. Orders have been received from the tanneries for extended testing of the recipes in production conditions.....

At the fur factory, the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested the following fur recipes: • the recipe of dyeing fur lining with using a combination of three colours (blue, red and yellow) with a dye leveling agent "SN-US" in the colors "Nutria", "Steel". Uniform dyeing was obtained on Chinese and Australian crusts. • the recipe of processing mink and beaver skins. The following products of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were used: «SN-MB», «SN-Sh8», «SN-Sh1», «SMH-11», «SMH-12», «SMH-7», «Ecofix/1», «SN-30», «SN-ML», «Vega –SO», «SN-MSO», «SN-А». The chemicals provided good quality of the skins: excellent stretch of the leather fabric, shiny hair. The lightness of the skins was noted.....

Large-scale work has been carried out at the tanneries of the Republic of Belarus to expand the range of products using chemicals and recipes of the companies Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC and DOWELL: articles "Corrected grain Nappa", "Corrected grain leather with embossing and milling", "Corrected grain Floater", "Corrected grain Leather with hair cell emboss without milling", "Shoe Crust" according to the recipe 1.40.2. The articles have received positive feedback from the tanneries, leather samples will be shown to customers to get an objective response.....

At one of the tanneries, "Double Face" finishing recipes were tested using DOWELL chemicals: "RC 3215" – sealing pre-ground for corrected grain leathers, "RC3060" – soft compound for full and corrected grain articles, "NU 2580" – non-ionic aliphatic urethane with good adhesive properties. The articles received a positive feedback from the customer, a production batch is planned.....

The dyeing-fatliquoring recipe for safety shoes in the thickness of 1.8-2.0 mm has been tested using the chemicals of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, with applying finishing. After finishing the leathers received a positive assessment. Extended production trials are being carried out.....

The product "Fixator-18" has been tested for finishing of suede leathers with the aim to improve bad resistance to rubbing. The result of the trials is positive.Stock of the chemicals has been made, which will be shipped with the nearest trucks to the tannery for extended trials.....
