The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has tested the innovative product “Evrosintan HF”, a chromium-phenolic tanning agent fo rall types of leather. The product was used in the recipe of an experimental batch of natural harness yuft, thickness 2.2-2.4 mm, which had multiple stains on the grain. Testing of Dowell finishing chemicals in finishing of shoe articles.

At one of the tanneries, Dowell finishing chemicals have been tested in finishing of shoe articles: "Full Grain Nappa", "Corrected Grain Nappa", "Corrected Grain Floater". In the article "Corrected Grain Nappa", the stucco "Stucco 9320" was tested with application on a roller coating machine. During the trials, good filling and leveling power, easy polish properties were noted. In the finished article, improvement in the grade of the leather with good coverage of defects was noted. The compound “RC 3060” was used in the base coat of the "Nappa" and "Floater" articles, while softness and good covering ability were noted. Based on the results of the technological visit, an order for these finishing chemicals is planned for extended trials.
