From March1-16, a training was held for specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC(Russia) at the company Dowell (China). Articles were developed for the tasks of the tanneries: "Universal crust" in thickness of 1.3-1.5mm, "Black crust for milling" in thickness of 1.3 -1.5 mm, "White crust for milling" in thickness of 1.3 -1.5 mm, "Crust" for the article "Floater". The following products were used in the recipes: a series of acrylates to obtain a uniform leather structure, an aldehyde tanning agent for grain tightness, and a series of synthetic fat liquors to obtain elasticity and uniform grain when milling. A technological visit of specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC to Mongolia to fur factories was conducted. The recipe of fur sheepskin with hair correction was tested. In the dyeing process, the dyeing leveler “SN-US” was used, the fatliquoring was carried out with "SMH- M" and "Nouvol SV".

«SMH-М» — an electrolyte-resistant fat liquor for fur with excellent penetrating power.
«Nouvol SV» — synthetic fat liquor based on sulphited fatty esters. Suitable for all types of fur. Meets the requirements of the REACH regulation.

In the process of work, the technicians of the factories noted the following results: the treating differs from factory skins for the better - thin leather tissue and clean hair. The results of the work will be summarized after completion of all stages of fur processing.
