When treating long-haired sheepskin according to the tannery recipe, the partner had problems in the production of the article "decorative carpets". Namely, the following production defects were noted: felting and loss of hair, breakage of the skin tissue in mechanical processes. Due to the defects, the output of the article "decorative carpets" during production batches was 50 %. At the request of the management of the tannery, the tannery recipe was adjusted and the recommendations of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were worked out in treating long-haired sheepskin for the article "decorative carpets". The product "SN-MB" was introduced into the process of soaking as a wetting agent with bactericidal properties. A cationic softener "TK-Sh6" was introduced into the tanning process in order to improve the sliding of the hair and to prevent hair felting. The work on the production of this article was evaluated positively by the tannery, all recommendations are taken into account.
