In the middle of March at tanneries the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC did technological trials together with Рielcolor (Spain) technician Jose-Luis Peralvarez Bracero of new recipes of hydrophobic leather, corrected grain and full grain nappa. For nappa finish the materials of MAGIC LINE series were used, they contribute to increasing the grades of finished articles: АА 4649 – very soft stucco which helps to hide small surface defects. АА 4626 – «sealing» stucco for corrected grain and full grain leathers. ML 2806 – soft compound for full grain leathers with natural touch.....

The technical trials of fur sheepskin recipes on domestic and import raw skins were made at one of the tanneries in Russia on February 18-28. During the trials the innovative chemicals developed by ShIKh, LLC were used in fur sheepskin recipes: - SN-ML – anionic degreasing paste. - Vega MGA –soaking bactericide. - SMH-477 – fat liquor for tanning-fatliquoring of wool and fur sheepskin and also for fatliquoring of dyed semi-finished product. The fat liquor doesn’t have affinity to hair and works with low temperatures. - SN-TV – leveling agent for dyeing fur corrected grain sheepskin. - SN-MSO – silicone-contained conditioner for finishing fur sheepskin used in hair ironing with the aim of giving gloss, softness and marketable appearance to skin. Besides that Double-face recipes with Pielcolor (Spain) chemicals were tested at the tannery and received good comments. In general the trials had positive result. Samples of fur lining and double-face articles will be presented in different colours in the exhibition “Mosshoes”.....

Technicians of Shebekinskaya industrialanay khimiya, LLC (ShIKh, LLC) has tested the covering compound UK31 in leather finish of working shoes at one of the Byelorussian tanneries. Coatings with the compound UK31 have good feel and good emboss properties. Characteristics of finished leather quality meet the standards indicated in the technical documentation. The technicians of the tannery and ShIKh, LLC have admitted that the trials were successful.....

At the end of February a recipe of crust production «softy» was done at one of the Russian tannery. Crust done using this recipe is very elastic, has firm grain and good touch. The trials were with positive results. Crust samples will be demonstrated at Mosshoed in black colour and in different colours.....

In the middle of February there was a visit of Spanish technician of Pielcolor (Spain) at Belarus tanneries. During the visit some shoe recipes and haberdashery recipes were done. The materials from MAGIC LINE series were used which provide high covering ability and increase the grades of finished leathers. Also the materials for ‘CRACK’ and ‘Wax Pull-up’ were used. Finished leather articles with finish will be demonstrated at Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC booth at Mosshoes in Moscow in March 2018.....

In January 2018 there was a planned training of SHIKH specialists in Pielcolor laboratory, Spain, Barcelona. New materials for double face finish were studied, samples of fur suede with ‘Nappalan’ finish, ‘Crack’ and ‘Silky’ finish were made. Samples will be presented at Mosshoes exhibition in March 2018.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made positive approbation of new compounds UK31 (thick form for roller machine) and UK 31A (for spraying machine) in finish of shoe article for work shoes at one of the Belarus tanneries. Coatings with UK31 and UK 31A don’t stick to press, keep emboss, have good adhesion and high indexes at flexometer.....

A positive approbation of Nouvol SV in production batches of wool sheepskin was done by specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. The product Nouvol SV with its fatliquoring properties competes with Unix P 48, Pelgrassol SP – special fatliquoring products for fur and soft leather production. The trials were successful.....

A new product for fur industry SN-MSO was developed by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. A positive approbation of this product was made at Russian tanneries. Using of this product in fur production improves fur appearance, helps to get gloss, increases the softness of leathers and doesn’t give yellowness at hair in light pastel colours. The batch production of mink fur was made with SN-MSO.....

In January 2018 the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made positive trials of the product SMH 473 R (complies with REACH) at tanneries in Russia and Belarus based on the recipe of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC and in tanneries recipes. In the process of trials shoe leathers were made and sent for approbation.....
