Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC, (Russia) finished a planned series of trials at two tanneries – trials were done together with Pielcolor (Spain) technician. During the trials a recipe of floater finish, corrected grain and full grain nappa, hydrophobic article and articles from the catalogue ‘Spring-Summer 2019’ were done. All articles got positive evaluation. In particular, some separate products were interesting in some recipes and also the idea itself was interesting in some recipes. The focus was on MAGIC LINE materials:AA 4623 – stucco for full grain and corrected grain leveling;AA 4626 – soft stucco for furniture leather;ML 2806 – compound with silky grain and high leveling ability.....

In the last decade of May technicians of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC made a recipe of crust ‘Softy’ article with Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC materials and Cromogenia-Units (Spain) materials at one of the tanneries in experimental conditions. Crust ‘Softy’ articles got positive feedback from the director of the tannery. The samples are sent to customer to evaluate the quality.....

For fur lining leather the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC (Russia) offered a recipe with the following materials: SN-OV – an agent for skin soaking, SN-SH1 – washing-degreasing agent, SN-22 SH – soaking-degreasing agent for leather and fur industry, SN 30 – stabilizing agent for skin fatliquoring, degreasing agent at fur production stage; fatliquoring agent SMH-470, SMH-M1. Also additional materials were used: SN-US – leveling agent in dyeing, SN-MSO – conditioner for fur. The batched that we got are within standard. During the visits the technician of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC visited a number of tanneries and presented to them the materials of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC for wool washing and where we got orders making trials at these tanneries.....

On the 16th of May 2018 in Congress Centre of commercial and industrial chamber of Russian Federation took place 24th (annual meeting) of Russian Union of Tanners and Shoemakers. Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC (Russia) takes part every year in annual meeting of Russian Union of Tanners and Shoemakers. Leonid Bakulin the director of leather department took part in the meeting as a representative of our company. On the agenda there were the following topics: perspectives of development of leather and shoe industry in modern conditions, to fulfill assignments of the President of Russia dated 08.09.2017, data information from the meeting about light industry in Ryazan dated 24.08.2017; possibility of demand and production increase of Russian goods, introduction of shoe marking, customs tariff politics, support of export’s branch potential and others.....

In the middle of May Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC made nappa recipe with using materials of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC and Cromogenia-Units (Spain) in experimental conditions at one tannery. As a fatliquoring agent the oil Unix S-3 was used. It gives softness, lightness and uniform milling. Nappa got positive evaluation from tannery technicians and Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC technicians. In nearest future finish are planning to be made on these leathers and the leathers are planning to be sent to shoe factories.....

At one of the tannery Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC made trials of leather processes recipe in production conditions of coloured split suede and crust ‘Softy’ with Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC (Russia) materials and Cromogenia-Units (Spain) materials. Split suede and crust ‘Softy’ got positive feedback from the tannery director. For shoe article finish the materials of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC were used. The appearance and organoleptic properties of finished articles matched the tannery’s requirements. The leathers are sent to customers for quality evaluation.....

In the first part of May the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC offered and did at tanneries recipes of shoe split finish, butt belts and hydrophobic crust with Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC (Russia) products and Pielcolor (Spain) products. Shoe split article finish was done with finish materials of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC. The appearance and physical mechanical quality properties of finished article matched the requirements in technical documents. Samples of shoes are done from these articles at shoe factories. The quality of shoe split got positive feedback from technicians of shoe factories. Now the approbation of this recipe is planned in production conditions.....

At the moment at some tanneries the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC are continuing trials of new chemicals – SMH 470 M/K, SMH 473 R/K, Evrosyntan RSN 0M and also materials for finish – covering preground Ekofiller K, Compound UK/31 and Laquer VL.....

In April the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made a technological visit in order to strengthen and widen cooperation of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC at international level. As a part of planned programs at some tanneries in production conditions a recipe of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC of wet blue and crust production was done with the following chemicals: SN 22 SH, SMH 470, SMH 476, Ekomin 5, Evrosyntan RSN 40 V. Besides, at fur factories were approbated chemicals for raw wool washing. The trials were done well, we got good feedbacks from factories directors and orders for supplying above mentioned products. Agreements are made for chemicals supply. Working program is also foreseen conduct of negotiations and making cooperation with a number of companies of textile and fur industry.....
