Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC, (Russia) finished a planned series of trials at two tanneries – trials were done together with Pielcolor (Spain) technician. During the trials a recipe of floater finish, corrected grain and full grain nappa, hydrophobic article and articles from the catalogue ‘Spring-Summer 2019’ were done. All articles got positive evaluation. In particular, some separate products were interesting in some recipes and also the idea itself was interesting in some recipes. The focus was on MAGIC LINE materials:
-AA 4623 – stucco for full grain and corrected grain leveling;
-AA 4626 – soft stucco for furniture leather;
-ML 2806 – compound with silky grain and high leveling ability.
Also the recipes from the catalogue ‘Autumn-Winter 2019-2020’ were done. Articles got positive feedback. In the recipes new Pielcolor products were used:
-WA 0438 – wax with darkening effect;
-WA 0435 – fatty polymers emulsion for ‘Pull up’ effect;
-UR 1785 – glossy aliphatic urethane for top coat.
Recipes for sheepskin finish also got positive feedback:
-Garment sheepskin – cationic-anionic finish; with using AT 7631we noticed light coat and natural, warm, waxy grain.
-Sheepskin for gloves - cationic-anionic finish with LA 6040 fixation; with using LP 4226 the touch was silky.
-Leathers will be demonstrated to customers for studying the demand on these articles at market.
