At one of the tannery Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC made trials of leather processes recipe in production conditions of coloured split suede and crust ‘Softy’ with Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC (Russia) materials and Cromogenia-Units (Spain) materials. Split suede and crust ‘Softy’ got positive feedback from the tannery director. For shoe article finish the materials of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC were used. The appearance and organoleptic properties of finished articles matched the tannery’s requirements. The leathers are sent to customers for quality evaluation.....

In the first part of May the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC offered and did at tanneries recipes of shoe split finish, butt belts and hydrophobic crust with Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC (Russia) products and Pielcolor (Spain) products. Shoe split article finish was done with finish materials of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC. The appearance and physical mechanical quality properties of finished article matched the requirements in technical documents. Samples of shoes are done from these articles at shoe factories. The quality of shoe split got positive feedback from technicians of shoe factories. Now the approbation of this recipe is planned in production conditions.....

At the moment at some tanneries the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC are continuing trials of new chemicals – SMH 470 M/K, SMH 473 R/K, Evrosyntan RSN 0M and also materials for finish – covering preground Ekofiller K, Compound UK/31 and Laquer VL.....

In April the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made a technological visit in order to strengthen and widen cooperation of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC at international level. As a part of planned programs at some tanneries in production conditions a recipe of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC of wet blue and crust production was done with the following chemicals: SN 22 SH, SMH 470, SMH 476, Ekomin 5, Evrosyntan RSN 40 V. Besides, at fur factories were approbated chemicals for raw wool washing. The trials were done well, we got good feedbacks from factories directors and orders for supplying above mentioned products. Agreements are made for chemicals supply. Working program is also foreseen conduct of negotiations and making cooperation with a number of companies of textile and fur industry.....

In the end of April Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made finish of fur suede with Pielcolor chemicals (Spain). During the trials we got the articles ‘Crack’,‘Drops’, ‘Galaxy’ at low grade skins with different defects. All skins with finish were presented at 2nd international exhibition of products from leather and fur ‘Soft Gold of Russia’ in Pyatigorsk. Technological trials are planned in future at a number of fur factories for double face finish with Pielcolor materials (Spain).....

During technological visit at fur factories the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC did technological trials of filling dyeing recipes in Double Face finish at fur semi-finished product. During the trials the following innovative chemicals were used: 1) SMH 477 – fatliquoring composition for fur skins and cow hide/sheep fatliquoring. 2) Fosfol S6B - fatliquoring composition specially developed for soft leather articles: furniture leather, garment and gloves leather. The agent was also used for darkening leather fabric in solution composition for spraying and also in double face dyeing. 3) SN US - a leveling agent for fur and leather industry.....

In April at fur factories the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were made technological trials of new chemical SN-MSO for fur industry. This chemical has conditioner properties and is used for silicon finish in ironing process. The trials were done at fur semi hard sheep skin where semi-finished product usually has hard hair. After using of SN MSO on this semi-finished product hair on skins got the required gloss and softness.....

In the second part of April the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made a series of technological trials of new degreasing chemicals for fur industry. During degreasing process of fur skins the following innovative chemicals were used: SN 20 Z and SN ML which have effective washing degreasing properties. Using of these chemicals guarantee clean hair on fur skins after degreasing and provide elevation quality and uniform dyeing. According to the results of testing these chemicals fur skins degreased well, no difficulties with elevation.....

At the moment the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC are having a business technological trip. During some planned technological visits a recipe of wet blue production of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC will be done at some tanneries and approbation of chemicals for raw wool washing will be done at fur factories. Working program is also foreseen to hold negotiations and to cooperate with a number of companies of fur and textile industry.....

In the first part of April the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made a complex of technological trials at tanneries of crust recipe «U» and crust «Softy» recipe in experimental conditions. Crusts got positive feedbacks and tanneries approval. At present batches of chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC are ordered and trials of crust Softy production is starting in production conditions.....
