Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has conducted trials at one of the Russian tanneries in February to get industrial lots of wet-blue. Recipes and chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) production were used during the trials, particularly: the product SN-OV (a wetting agent for improving damp content in hide in soaking), Vega RLE, Bazamin NBE, SN-22Sh.....

Technicians of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) together with the technician of Pielcolor (Spain) have conducted technological trials at one of the tanneries in Belarus on production and finishing in experimental shop the following articles: 1- Nappa full and corrected grain; 2- Patent leather; 3- Article “Crazy Horse”. The articles got were sent to customers.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has done series of trials at the Russian tannery on production of nappa full and corrected grain. 3 variants of nappa for milling were made in the experimental shop on a base of chemicals of Cromogenia-Units (Spain) and Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) production. There were the following chemicals of the Russian production: Evrosintan RSN-40V, SMH-KT, SN-30. The articles of nappa full and corrected grain were further finished with the use of Pielcolor chemicals. All articles of nappa are sent to customers for testing.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) did trials at one the Russian tanneries in January this year to get articles with Pielcolor (Spain) finishings: articles with elasticity – finishing with haircell with an impregnation agent and without it, articles of floater and nappa milled. All leather articles got are sent to testing by customers. The tannery plans to purchase all the necessary chemicals of Pielcolor (Spain) production.....

During the trials recipes and chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units (Spain) production were used, particularly the product SN-OV (a wetting agent for improving damp content in the hide in liming), Vega RLE, Bazamin HBE, Tripsol RSTP. The trials were successful. As a result of trials the tannery has taken a decision to use the recipe and products of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units (Spain). Purchase orders for delivery of the above-mentioned chemicals were received from the tannery;....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed trials at Russian tanneries on experimental batches to obtain articles: of floater and split suede leather. In the process of testing when use of dyeing/fatliqouring formulations of the SHIKH, LLC the following chemicals were applied: SMH-6, Evrosintan RSN-40, SMH-470, SMH-473, Ekomin-5, Evrosintan FO, Ekomin NS, Acid Black 210 135%. In these trials, some chemicals of Cromogenia-Units S.A. (Spain) were used. The trials were successful. For January 2017 commercial tests are scheduled to obtain the aforesaid leather articles.....

In mid-December of this year, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed a series of trials at one of the Russian tanneries: 1- on finishing in the experimental conditions of buffed nappa and split leather (cattle) articles in order to improve the quality grade of leather articles. During the trials the products of the Pielcolor company (Spain) were used. 2 on obtaining production batches of crust RM-4 in processes of dyeing/fatliquoring, based on production formulations of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and on chemicals of own production of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia), in particular the products: Evrosintan RSN-40, SMH-470, SMH-473, Ekomin-5, Evrosintan FO and others. All obtained leather articles were sent to consumers for the approval.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed trials at a Russian tannery on the production of commercial batches of wet-blue. During the trials we used materials produced by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia), in particular the preparation SN-ОV (a wetting agent to improve the water content in the process of soaking). The trials were successful. Some orders were received from the tannery for the delivery of preparations of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia).....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed trials at Russian tanneries on production batches with use of recipes of SHIKH, LLC, for wet-blue production for yuft. In the process of testing when developing fatliquoring/ dyeing recipes of ShIKh the following chemicals were used: Bazomin HBE, Ekomin - 5, SMH-470, vegetable tanning agents: Mimosa NT, ME, quebracho. Finishing batches of yuft were obtained with using compound UK. The trials were successful. The ShIKh, LLC received orders for delivery of the above mentioned products to the tanneries.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia), performed tests at Russian tanneries on finishing, in experimental conditions: buffed full grain nappas, splits, patent leathers, as well on obtaining the Crazy Horse finishing. During the trials chemicals of Pielcolor (Spain) were used. Compound UK was applied for a number of finishes. The tests were successful. These leather articles were successfully tested and sent to consumers (shoe factories). According to the results of trials it is planned to expand the purchased range of Pielcolor materials.....
