At the end of September – October Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) made series of technological trials at Russian tanneries together with the technician of PielColor (Spain), approbation of leather finish recipes from new PielColor album «Fashion tendencies 2017/18» was made and technological goals of tanneries were achieved. During trials SHIKH got the following articles: wax articles, full grain nappa, corrected grain nappa, laquer leather, matt leather finish. All articles were sent to customers for approbation.....

In the second half of September 2017 the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made trials of new fat SMH-SG in beige color article at Russian tanneries. Results were positive. The articles were sent to customers for approbation.....

Trials with positive results were made at Russian tanneries in September 2017. The recipe of vegetable tanning and the recipe of dying fatliquoring of article on the base of vegetable tanned raw material were approbated. Three types of product Mimosa were used during the trials, these are vegetable tanning agents for tanning and retanning for all types of leather. Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC ran the trials of leather finishing with the materials of PielColor (Spain) in Belarus on the reproduction of the articles from the PielColor (Spain) catalogue «Fashion trends in leather finishing: «Spring – Summer 2018» and «Autumn-Winter 2018-2019»». The trials went successful. The planned trials program was completely done.....

At the end of July 2017 at the Belarus tanneries Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC ran technological trials in experimental conditions of corrected leather finishing recipes with impregnation P-52 and P-74 produced by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. The trials went successful, the using of these impregnations of developed recipes of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC allowed to increase the grade of leather from class 7 to class 2.The results of laboratory testing of the samples with impregnation on repeated folding resistance, spherical stretching, adhesion, wet friction resistance, crockling meet the requirements. These articles were delivered to shoe factories for approbation which also has positive results. In the nearest time the industrial using of P-52 and P-74 impregnations for leather finishing are planned at tanneries with using of developed recipes.....

The positive trials of new degreasing agents SN-22Т и SN-RТ with consumption of 3.1 and 1.5 % for pig hide were run by the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. at some of the Russian tanneries in July.....
