At the end of September – October Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) made series of technological trials at Russian tanneries together with the technician of PielColor (Spain), approbation of leather finish recipes from new PielColor album «Fashion tendencies 2017/18» was made and technological goals of tanneries were achieved. During trials SHIKH got the following articles: wax articles, full grain nappa, corrected grain nappa, laquer leather, matt leather finish. All articles were sent to customers for approbation.
The following PielColor (Spain) materials were used and got high value:
-АА 4649 -soft coating of MAGIС LINE series which improves leather grade and can stand long milling in the drum.
-WA 0438 wax emulsion with ‘pull up’ effect.
-UR 1677 –urethan for matt fastening with good feel.
