The product Nouvol SV with its fatliquoring properties competes with Unix P 48, Pelgrassol SP – special fatliquoring products for fur and soft leather production. The trials were successful.....

A new product for fur industry SN-MSO was developed by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. A positive approbation of this product was made at Russian tanneries. Using of this product in fur production improves fur appearance, helps to get gloss, increases the softness of leathers and doesn’t give yellowness at hair in light pastel colours. The batch production of mink fur was made with SN-MSO.....

In the process of trials shoe leathers were made and sent for approbation.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made trials of wax emulsion SKV-15 at one of the Russian tanneries. Wax emulsion is added to different finish recipes for decreasing the stickiness of the covering film and preventing leather from gluing while laying-up and with waxy grain. Wax emulsion SKV - 15 was approbated in production recipes as an alternative for foreign counterparts in the program of imports phase-out (the product is a counterpart of waxy emulsions of BASF, STAНL).....

In the second half of December the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made positive approbation of recipes and materials of Pielcolor (Spain) with finish on automotive and furniture leathers using the following basic chemicals: compound for furniture leathers – CP 2819, urethanes for fixation – UR 1693 and UR 1715, which provide high indexes of wet rubbing. After finish automotive and furniture leathers showed high indexes of hygienic properties and lasting properties.....

The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC together with the technician of Cromogenia-Units made positive technological trials of testing dying-fatliquoring recipes for the following articles at one of the Russian tanneries: hydrophobic nubuck, nappa, thick crust and also the recipe of wet-blue production. During trials the following basic chemicals were used:
- Ribersal TD – an agent for decreasing wrinkles
- Riberzym AT – enzyme for grain cleanness....
