In the middle of March at tanneries the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC did technological trials together with Рielcolor (Spain) technician Jose-Luis Peralvarez Bracero of new recipes of hydrophobic leather, corrected grain and full grain nappa. For nappa finish the materials of MAGIC LINE series were used, they contribute to increasing the grades of finished articles:
АА 4649 – very soft stucco which helps to hide small surface defects.
АА 4626 – «sealing» stucco for corrected grain and full grain leathers.
ML 2806 – soft compound for full grain leathers with natural touch.
In hydrophobic leathers finish the native compound and Pielcolor (Spain) urethanes were used which provide reliability of the hydrophobic properties of leather. Finished articles with finish are sent to the customers for approbation.
