At the end of July 2020 technological trials on working out fur article recipes – dyed mouton, fur lining - took place. The following Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals were used in the reci-pes: - a fat liquor SMH-707 — used in fatliquoring of the dyed sheepskin. The result is positive. Leather tissue is flexible. The product doesn’t settle on the hair. - a black dye Acid Black. - SN-US — a dye leveling agent for the leather and fur industry. It confirms with REACH regulations. - SN-MSO — a conditioner for ironing, with facilitates hair ironing process, gives gloss and presentable look for fur skins. Our specialists have started treating fur fine-wool sheepskin with the use of Shebekinskaya industrial-naya khimiya, LLC chemicals: - SN-ML — a paste-like washing-degreasing agent, - SN-Sh8R — a concentrated washing-degreasing agent for fur, - SN-Sh1 — a washing-degreasing agent for fur.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tried at several tanneries finishing reci-pes with the use of Pielcolor, Spain chemicals. The following leather articles have been produced: - «ANALINE» - with the use of the oil АТ 0300 and fixed with the soft glossy urethane UR 1786. - «CRACK» - with the use of the hard acrylic agent BR 0888, which allows to get uniform cracking effect of “broken glass” after milling in a drum. - «CRYSTAL» — with the use of the acrylic polymer BR 0875, which gives high gloss, tender touch and cracking effect “crystal”. The trials were successful.....

In July 2020 at one of the tanneries a recipe of coloured lining from cow hides in a thickness of 0.9-1.1 mm, of black, brown and beige colours, was tested with a positive result. The following chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC production were used: - SN-30 — a stabilizing agent for fatliquoring of leathers. - SMH-480 — a fat liquor based on natural and synthetic oils, which gives deep softness, tenderness and pleasant touch to the leather, increases elasticity and tear resistance. It conforms to REACH regu-lations. - Ekomin-5 — a retanning agent for excellent filling and fixing leather grain. Feel and colour of the article produced is approved by the customer. Industrial production of the arti-cle is planned in the nearest future.....

At one of the tanneries we have tested the multipurpose soaking agent “Fermentol 23”, which pro-vides excellent quality of soaking with uniform watering through the thickness of the skin, is a good dispersant of fats and dirt and splits inter-fiber proteins. The product was tested in accordance with the tannery’s recipe. The trials result is positive. The tannery ordered the product for extended trials.....

We have successfully tested a vegetable tanning agent Mimosa A at several tanneries. Extended tri-als of the product at tanneries are planned for the near future.....

Specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested a new highly effective wetting-degreasing agent SN-20Z. The product is especially effective in washing shaft blankets.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has developed a recipe of two-phase coloured nubuck using chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia): Ev-rosintan D, Evrosintan NK, Evrosintan RSN40V, SMH-470 and SMH-473. The article received a positive assessment.....

In mid-June 2020 technological trials were conducted at one of the tanneries to test recipes of dyeing-fatliquoring processes and finishing for a production batch of buffed floater. Chemicals of the follow-ing companies were used in the recipe: Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia), CROMOGENIA-UNITS.S. A. (Spain) and PIELCOLOR (Spain). The article is produced in three colors: black, brown, blue and received a positive assessment of the tannery managers. At the moment the obtained article has been sent to the customer for testing and final conclusion.....

At one of the tanneries specialists carried out finishing of belt crusts with the use of chemicals from the company PIELCOLOR (Spain). Impregnation RE 2974, RE 2952 and covering compact CP 2819 were used for finishing. The trials were carried out with a positive result: there was good haircell emboss achieved as well as the minimum number of products and passes on the roller machine in the pro-posed recipe was applied. Extended trials are planned for the near future.....

In June 2020 at one of the tanneries technological trials were carried out to test recipes of dyeing-fatliquoring processes for white and beige belt crust using chemicals of the following companies: She-bekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and CROMOGENIA-UNITS.S. A. (Spain). Experimental batches of these articles received a positive assessment - the crust was compact, elastic, and the peripheral areas were sufficiently tied. The tannery purchased chemicals for processing a small pro-duction batch.....
