In May 2020 in production at several tanneries technological trials of an amide based agent for pre-venting liming wrinkles “Vega RLM” were conducted. The product, which is also active in hard water, was tested on bovine with a weight of 35-40 kg, 22-25 kg, in comparison with the tannery anti-wrinkle agent. The trials were carried out with a positive result: wet-blue wrinkles were weak; there were a low percentage of near-belly liming wrinkles. The wet-blue obtained during trials did not differ in quality and appearance from the tannery standard wet-blue. In the near future, we are planning to purchase VEGA RLM for extended testing. In the near future the tanneries are planning to purchase “VEGA RLM” for extended trials.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC at several tanneries is working on testing new vegetable tanning agents: "Chestnut" and "Myrobalan". Vegetable tanning agent "Chestnut" works well in recipes of hydrophobic leather. Vegetable tanning agent "Myrobalan" is intended for tanning and retanning of all kinds of leather. This product is a complex agent for soaking, which provides a good quality of soaking with uniform watering along the thickness of the hide. The trials are carried out at tanneries using tanneries recipes of the hydrophobic crust. The trials result is positive. The water permeability index in dynamic conditions on the PVD-2 device was 91 minutes, which corresponds to the standards of the technical documentation.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) with the support of the manage-ment and with the help of tanneries technicians has conducted trials on working out wet-blue recipe with the use of chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units, S.A. (Spain). The quality of the resulting wet-blue leather meets the requirements of tanneries and customers. The tanneries have ordered the chemicals for extended trials.....

From the beginning of April, 2020 at the Middle Asia tanneries we have started industrial trials of the soaking-liming-tanning recipe and promotion of the following products: SN-OV – soaking accelerator, Vega RLT – agent for preventing liming wrinkles, anti-wrinkle agent for heavy hides. We got positive in-termediate results. Final conclusions will be done after finishing all planned trials.....
