At the beginning of September 2020, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC con-ducted with a positive result the development of a dying-fatliquoring recipe in the production of beige and black lining from cow hides. In the production of the black lining, the recipe used a fat liq-uor SMH-480, which was evenly distributed both over the area and thickness of the leather thus given it soft and pleasant touch. In the production of the beige lining, the following fat liquors were used: SMH-470 white, SMH-470 lux and SMH-473. The obtained articles were assessed positively.....

Among them are full grain floater, full and corrected grain nappa and a wax article from a new Pielcolor Trendbook “Autumn/Winter 21-22”. Some new Pielcolor developments have been used in the wax article: a compound ML 2807 with good fastness, a fat polymer emulsion WA 0435 with “pull-up” effect, and glossy nitro-lacquer water based emulsion LA 6060, which gives good coating fastness.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has tested finishing recipes to match leather samples given by the customer. The finishing was made with the use of Pielcolor (Spain) products: glossy soft top urethane UR 1786 and fat polymer composition АТ 0300, which promotes aniline finishing. The trials were successful. The leather articles obtained were sent to the shoe factory to make shoes.....

At one of the tanneries, trials were carried out to test a concentrated washing-degreasing agent for raw wool washing - SN-Sh1R. The trials were made in accordance with the factory recipe. The result is positive: the content of residual fat was in the range of 0.6 - 0.85 %, which corresponds to the norm and the colour of the washed wool corresponded to the factory standard. The product meets the requirements of the factory and is not inferior in degreasing properties at the same concentrations to a similar competitive product. At the moment the factory is carrying out extended industrial tests of this product.....

The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) conducted: trials of the two-phase black nubuck recipe under the customer's order, using products of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC and trials of the buffed floater recipe, using materials of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia), Cromogenia-Units S. A. (Spain) and Pielcolor (Spain). The tests were carried out with a positive result. Articles are evaluated positively by the customer.....

In August 2020, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC made successful technological trials of a new developed fat liquor for bridle leather - SMH-5. The new product was tested at a tannery in an experimental workshop. The trials were successful, a positive conclusion was received. The product was ordered by the tannery, and extended trials are planned for the nearest future.....

At the beginning of August 2020 specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested with positive results recipes of coloured lining from cow in black, brown and beige colours. A fat composition SMH-480 was used in the recipe, which is evenly distributed over both the area and thickness of the leathers, gives them soft and pleasant touch. The touch and colours of the obtained articles have been approved by the customer, and production batches of the articles are planned for the near future.....
