In mid-June 2020 technological trials were conducted at one of the tanneries to test recipes of dyeing-fatliquoring processes and finishing for a production batch of buffed floater. Chemicals of the follow-ing companies were used in the recipe: Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia), CROMOGENIA-UNITS.S. A. (Spain) and PIELCOLOR (Spain). The article is produced in three colors: black, brown, blue and received a positive assessment of the tannery managers. At the moment the obtained article has been sent to the customer for testing and final conclusion.....

At one of the tanneries specialists carried out finishing of belt crusts with the use of chemicals from the company PIELCOLOR (Spain). Impregnation RE 2974, RE 2952 and covering compact CP 2819 were used for finishing. The trials were carried out with a positive result: there was good haircell emboss achieved as well as the minimum number of products and passes on the roller machine in the pro-posed recipe was applied. Extended trials are planned for the near future.....

In June 2020 at one of the tanneries technological trials were carried out to test recipes of dyeing-fatliquoring processes for white and beige belt crust using chemicals of the following companies: She-bekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and CROMOGENIA-UNITS.S. A. (Spain). Experimental batches of these articles received a positive assessment - the crust was compact, elastic, and the peripheral areas were sufficiently tied. The tannery purchased chemicals for processing a small pro-duction batch.....

In May 2020 in production at several tanneries technological trials of an amide based agent for pre-venting liming wrinkles “Vega RLM” were conducted. The product, which is also active in hard water, was tested on bovine with a weight of 35-40 kg, 22-25 kg, in comparison with the tannery anti-wrinkle agent. The trials were carried out with a positive result: wet-blue wrinkles were weak; there were a low percentage of near-belly liming wrinkles. The wet-blue obtained during trials did not differ in quality and appearance from the tannery standard wet-blue. In the near future, we are planning to purchase VEGA RLM for extended testing. In the near future the tanneries are planning to purchase “VEGA RLM” for extended trials.....

Vegetable tanning agent "Chestnut" works well in recipes of hydrophobic leather. This product is a complex agent for soaking, which provides a good quality of soaking with uniform watering along the thickness of the hide. It is an excellent dispersant of fat and dirt, the enzyme component of which splits the inter-fiber proteins. After treatment with this agent the hides are as ready as possible for depilation. In May 2020 the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC continues working on the intro-duction of a new fat liquor SMH-GF for use in the dying-fatliquoring process of hydrophobic crust. The trials are carried out at tanneries using tanneries recipes of the hydrophobic crust. The trials result is positive. The water permeability index in dynamic conditions on the PVD-2 device was 91 minutes, which corresponds to the standards of the technical documentation.....
