At one of the tanneries technological trials were carried out by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC to work out recipes of shoe articles using Pielcolor finishing chemicals. During the trials the shoe ar-ticles were obtained using a design roll, as well as articles with a frost-resistant finish of shoe corrected grain leather using the products ML 2803, UR 1786. The articles are sent to the client for the conclusion.....

During the working meeting and cooperation with partners, presentations of special materials and recipes were made, stages and a plan for conducting technological trials with chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were developed for their further implementa-tion and use in the fur production.....

The trials were successful, the obtained wet-blue was evaluated positively, and shoe articles were produced from it, which were passed to shoe-makers for the final assessment.....

At the beginning of September 2020, the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC con-ducted with a positive result the development of a dying-fatliquoring recipe in the production of beige and black lining from cow hides. In the production of the black lining, the recipe used a fat liq-uor SMH-480, which was evenly distributed both over the area and thickness of the leather thus given it soft and pleasant touch. In the production of the beige lining, the following fat liquors were used: SMH-470 white, SMH-470 lux and SMH-473. The obtained articles were assessed positively.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has prepared articles, which then will be presented within the frames of the exhibition “MOSSHOES-2020” in Moscow in September, 2020. Among them are full grain floater, full and corrected grain nappa and a wax article from a new Pielcolor Trendbook “Autumn/Winter 21-22”. Some new Pielcolor developments have been used in the wax article: a compound ML 2807 with good fastness, a fat polymer emulsion WA 0435 with “pull-up” effect, and glossy nitro-lacquer water based emulsion LA 6060, which gives good coating fastness.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has tested finishing recipes to match leather samples given by the customer. The finishing was made with the use of Pielcolor (Spain) products: glossy soft top urethane UR 1786 and fat polymer composition АТ 0300, which promotes aniline finishing. The trials were successful. The leather articles obtained were sent to the shoe factory to make shoes.....

At one of the tanneries, trials were carried out to test a concentrated washing-degreasing agent for raw wool washing - SN-Sh1R. The trials were made in accordance with the factory recipe. The result is positive: the content of residual fat was in the range of 0.6 - 0.85 %, which corresponds to the norm and the colour of the washed wool corresponded to the factory standard. The product meets the requirements of the factory and is not inferior in degreasing properties at the same concentrations to a similar competitive product. At the moment the factory is carrying out extended industrial tests of this product.....
