Technological trials with a Pielcolor (Spain) specialist were conducted at one of the tanneries. Shoe articles with and without milling, wax articles, oil finishing of nubuck, an article with tumble dry were made during trials. A new nitro lacquer water-based emulsion LA 6060 was used to fix the nappa article and flexible leather without milling. The lacquer is suitable for fixing leather goods and shoe leathers when you need to get excellent gloss and good wet and dry rub fastness. Recipes of wax finishing and buffed floater with the use of Pielcolor (Spain) chemicals were tried. All articles were positively assessed by the tannery management and will be presented at the exhibition “Mosshoes” in March at tannery and Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC booths and also sent to customers to get their feedback.
