In July 2020 at one of the tanneries a recipe of coloured lining from cow hides in a thickness of 0.9-1.1 mm, of black, brown and beige colours, was tested with a positive result. The following chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC production were used:
- SN-30 — a stabilizing agent for fatliquoring of leathers.
- SMH-480 — a fat liquor based on natural and synthetic oils, which gives deep softness, tenderness and pleasant touch to the leather, increases elasticity and tear resistance. It conforms to REACH regulations.
- Ekomin-5 — a retanning agent for excellent filling and fixing leather grain.
Feel and colour of the article produced is approved by the customer. Industrial production of the article is planned in the nearest future.
