In chrome tanning «DOWELLTAN RV13» significantly improves fullness and density of grain and reduces stickiness, has an excellent dispersing effect and accelerates the penetration of vegetable tannins. It can also be used instead of vegetable extracts. It has excellent light resistance and heat resistance, and has bleaching ability;....

A technological visit had been conducted at one of the tanneries in Belarus, during which the dyeing-fatliquoring recipe was tested for articles: "Cow lining" and "Shoe crust" for further finishing in a thickness of 1.2-1.4 mm, with a positive result. The recipes were tested using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia):
• «SMH-470» - synthetic fat liquor of anionic character;
• «SMH-473» - fat liquor based on natural and synthetic sulfonated fats;
• «SMH-477» -fat liquor based on sulphited and sulfonated natural and synthetic oils that comply with the requirements of the REACH regulation;....

From March1-16, a training was held for specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC(Russia) at the company Dowell (China). Articles were developed for the tasks of the tanneries: "Universal crust" in thickness of 1.3-1.5mm, "Black crust for milling" in thickness of 1.3 -1.5 mm, "White crust for milling" in thickness of 1.3 -1.5 mm, "Crust" for the article "Floater". The following products were used in the recipes: a series of acrylates to obtain a uniform leather structure, an aldehyde tanning agent for grain tightness, and a series of synthetic fat liquors to obtain elasticity and uniform grain when milling. A set of chemicals with high light resistance was used in the recipe of white crust.....
