From September 3-5, 2024, China hosted ACLE, Shanghai, which is a key event in revitalizing the leather and manufacturing sectors of China. The main thematic areas of the exhibition were represented by: fur and leather products, the clothing industry, leather production, tanning equipment, leather hides and skins. The management of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC held negotiations with representatives of companies for the supply of raw chemicals for the production of leather products, as well as with the heads of companies producing chemicals for the production of leather from India and China. During the working meetings at the exhibition, familiarization with the novelties of leather articles was conducted and plans for further cooperation were outlined.....

One of the complexes of innovative products in 2024 was the "Ekotop" series, which presents new finishing shiny lacquers that were developed and offered to the market by specialists of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. The chemicals are presented in the form of an aqueous dispersion of aliphatic polyurethane and are designed to fix the main coatings of all types of leathers, including water-proof and furniture articles. The lacquers of “Ekotop” series create a durable shiny film resistant to dry and wet rubbing, without giving hardness to the coating. Since August 2024, the process of testing the lacquers of “Ekotop” series in experimental conditions has been launched at all partner tanneries of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC.....

The recipes of the article "Corrected grain nappa" and the article "Corrected grain floater" have been tested using chemicals from Dowell (China). The articles received a positive review. The good covering ability of the pre-ground "DOWELLEX RC 3513 " was noted. The article "Floater" has good emboss print, good grain after milling in the drum. Chemicals have been sent for extended trials to repeat these articles.....

When finishing Double Face article, the sealing pre-ground "DOWELLEX RC 3215" was tested with a positive result. The product formed a soft, delicate film with pleasant touch, providing moderate impregnation and a good "sealing" effect. After ironing, the surface became soft, smooth, comfortable and natural. The new product "Dowellzym FA" was tested in the recipe of processing a fur article at one of the fur factories. «Dowellzym FA» - acid protease for fur. It is used in an acidic environment to soften fur skins. The enzyme gently loosens the skin structure, makes it softer and fuller, improves elasticity, which contributes to better penetration of tanning agents and promotes more uniform dyeing. The work of the acid enzyme "Dowellzym FA" was positively evaluated by the technicians of the factory. They noted increase in the area and softness of the leather tissue.....

The specialists of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested innovative chemicals at tanneries: • "Wetting-degreasing agent SN-SPK\2"- tested in dyeing-fatliquoring recipes of raw cattle hides and pig skins, as well as in the process of washing wool. Positive results were obtained. Orders were placed for extended trials. • "Fat liquor SMH-400" – the product has been tested in the recipes of obtaining elastic leathers, as well as in the recipes of production of fur articles (lining, velour, peltry). Positive results were ob-tained.....

In the first half of July 2024, a joint technological visit on finishing was conducted at two tanneries by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Dowell (China).
