Technological trials on finishing with Dowell technicians.

        In the first half of July 2024, a joint technological visit on finishing was conducted at two tanneries by Shebekinskaya  industrialnaya  khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Dowell (China). With the use of Chinese chemicals, the demanded tannery articles were made: "Full grain nappa"; "Corrected grain nappa"; "Corrected grain floater"; "Water-proof article"; "Wax finishes". In general, all articles received a positive assessment. Emphasis was placed on new chemicals:

• «DOWELLER WAX 5166» - wax for “Pull-up” effect. It is suitable for full and corrected shoe upper leathers, leather goods and furniture leathers. Effectively darkens the colour  after polishing or ironing at high temperatures, achieving a fashionable beautiful “pull-up” effect.
• «DOWELLIU RU 2113» - soft aliphatic adhesive agent, light-resistant. It is used in white and light articles.
• «DOWELLEND Stucco 9371» - stucco used for both full and corrected grain leathers. It helps to increase the grade of finished leathers.
• «DOWELLISH TOP G 7081» - very shiny urethane for top coating, designed for water-based lacquer finishes.
• «DOWELLFEL F 8231» - touch agent for water-based top coatings, gives silky and slippery
• touch, improves wet rubfastness.
