Joint technological visit of specialists of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and the company Sichuan Dowell (China).

        A joint technological visit has been conducted by specialists of the company Shebekinskaya  industrialnaya  khimiya, LLC (Russia) and the company Sichuan Dowell (China) for testing dyeing-fatliquoring recipes:

• «Show crust» in black and brown colours, thickness 2.0 – 2.2 mm;
• «Nappa» black from calf hides, thickness 1.2 – 1.4 mm;
• «Nappa» white from calf hides, thickness 1.2 – 1.4 mm;
• «Floater» white from calf hides, thickness 1.3 – 1.5 mm.

Chemicals, which ensure obtaining  full flexible crust, were used in the recipes:

• Retanning  agents based on acrylic resin —  «DOWELLTAN RE 17» , «DOWELLTAN RV 13»,«DOWELLTAN А 33»,«DOWELLTAN RD 23»;

• «DOWELLTAN NB» -  neutralizing co-polymer;
• «DOWELLTAN  ST 63» - complex synthetic tanning agent, which prevents leather looseness and improves grain tightness; 
• «DOWELLOR FL-23»-fat liquor based on synthetic oil and soft auxiliary agents that gives softness, feeling of light foaming and pleasant touch to the leather;
• «DOWELLOR FS-13» — syntheticfat liquor that provides the leather with a high degree of softness, pleasant touch, excellent light, heat resistance and resistance to yellowing;
• «DOWELLTAN  ST 56»  — white sintan based on phenolsulfonic acid to achieve the effect of lightness. 

Articles in the crusts were positively evaluated. In the future, it is planned to present ready-made leathers. The best samples will be prepared for demonstration at exhibitions in the CIS countries.
