The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has tested new chemicals for top-coating of leather at the Uzbekistan tannery: urethane “Ekotop-2” and nitrocellulose water-based lacquerу «СFiN LW 2000». A technological visit was conducted to test a finishing recipe of water-repellent crsut using Dowell chemicals(China): compound "Dowellex RC 3060", "Dowellic RA 1300", "Dowelliu NU 2580", as well as chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC: casein-free pigment concentrates of 2000 series, urethane for top-coating "Ekotop-2". The finishing was positively evaluated by the tannery's specialists. The coating is resistant to a drop of water, has high gloss and pleasant touch. Also, in the process of double-sided finishing of belt leathers, the flesh side fixing agent"P-36" was tested. The tannery's technicians have shown interest in both recipes and chemicals for dyeing-fatliquoring processes and finishing. New chemicals have been orde-red to reproduce these recipes: • «DOWELLEND STUCCO 9371» — high-coverage stucco for application on a roller machine for full and corrected grain leathers;....

In the fur direction, recipes using chemicals "SN-Sh1", "SN-MF", "SN-N-9", "Fermentol 23" and the enzyme "Dowellzym FA" were tested on the article of fur velour. After drying and pre-finishing before dyeing, the leather tissue and hairline were not greased. In the finished form, uniform dyeing was obtained in terms of hair height and skin area. The fat content in the leather tissue was normal. The work of the chemicals was positively evaluated.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has conducted a technological visit to the tannery to test dyeing-fatliquoring and finishing recipes. As part of the technological trials, the following have been tested: • dyeing-fatliquoring recipe of split-suede, which had positive feedback; • coloured dyes, new fat liquors "SMH-479", "SMH-500", which were positively evaluated by the tannery's managers; • finishing recipes: full and corrected grain nappa, corrected grain floater, Pull-up article, "Clouds" article using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Dowell (China); • urethane for top coating “Ekotop-1” and “Ekotop-2”. They were positively evaluated. Their high gloss and excellent resistance to wet rubbing were noted.....

As part of the promotion visits, a number of the tanneries for the production of wet-blue, crusts and finished leather were visited, where new chemicals, dyeing-fatliquoring recipes and finishing of the leathers were presented. The company has tested finishing of water-proof crust using chemicals from Dowell (China). Finishing was made on crusts obtained with the use of chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. The crusts had a high rate of water resistance by linear compression. The following chemicals, which do not influence on water-proofness of the crust were used: Dowellex RC 3345 – covering compound, Dowellic RA 1300 –acrylic resin, Dowelliu RU 2307 –aliphatic polyurethane dispersion. The shiny urethane dispersion "Dowellish TOP G 7218" were used for top coating, which provided high gloss, good rub fastness and wear resistance. The water proofness test of finished leathers showed over 360 minutes of linear compression.....

The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have conducted a business trip to tanneries in Central Asia, where they tested recipes of shoe crusts for milling and recipes of articles without milling using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, both finishing chemicals and chemicals for dyeing-fatliquoring processes. The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has tested a recipe of water-proof crust using the fat liquors “SMH-GF-A”, “SMH-GF-G” and the dispersing agent “SMH-GF-D”. Several variants of the crust were made. The indicator of water permeability in dynamic conditions is normal for all variants and meets tannery requirements. The final evaluation of the article will be done after finishing.....
