At two tanneries, trials have been carried out in parallel on the finishing of shoe and leather goods ar-ticles. The following articles were tested: "Full grain nappa" and "Corrected grain nappa" in different colours, "Wax article with Pull-up effect", "Leather goods article with "Two-shade finishing", article "Seamo" on a design roll with the use of DOWELL chemicals (China).....

At the tannery, according to the recipe of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC "Tow-phase nubuck", a production batch has been produced under the customer's order. The main emphasis was placed on obtaining leather of a deep black colour with the presence of a writing effect. To enhance the blackness, pigmented fat liquors: "SMH-467 black", "SMH-470 black", as well as a specially selected acid dyes were used in the recipe. The batch was sent to the customer for sewing shoes and receiving a conclusion.....

Prospects for the development of national brands and support for light industry were discussed in Yekaterinburg at the international forum "Commonwealth of Fashion", within the framework of which an exhibition of works by designers from CIS countries was held and which was appreciated by the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko. The unique outfits reflect the national flavor and emphasize individuality. Subtle style and impeccable quality are a combination that buyers are increasingly choosing, preferring domestic manufacturers. The III International Forum "Commonwealth of Fashion" gathered more than 1.5 thousand participants. Manufacturers concluded a total of 16 agreements that will also help improve the Russian clothing industry.....

Finishing recipes have been tested with Dowell chemicals (China). In the conditions of the tannery, shoe articles were tested: "Full grain nappa", "Corrected grain nappa", "Wax article with pull-up effect". The good covering ability of pre-ground Dowellex RC 3513, compounds Dowellex RC 3060 and Dowellex RC 3345 was noted. The wax article was positively evaluated. A pronounced pull-up effect was noted when using chemicals "Doweller WAX 5168", "Doweller WAX 5191", "Doweller Oil 5262". The finished leathers were passed to the shoe sewing workshop in order to obtain feedback.....

The following articles have been worked out at the furfactory: • «Suede sheepskin» dyed with the dyestuff «Acid Black 194». The article received a positive as-sessment and was transferred to the cutting shop for sewing the product. • "Shoe lining" dyed with "Acid Black" in combination with "Acid Brown DS". The finished result was positive. • "Shoe lining" dyed with a triad, black hair—received a positive assessment. The fur factory is planning an order for the purchase of the chemicals for the obtained articles.....

In Central Asia, specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have conducted a technological visit to do trials of dyeing-fatliquoring recipes. In the production conditions of the tannery, the crust recipes were tested (shoe crust for articles without milling using the recipe 1.40.2 and shoe crust for articles with milling using the recipe1.34.10) using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC:....

From October 15 to 17, 2024, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC took part in the 17th International Exhibition of Leather, Footwear, Haberdashery, Fur, Wool and localized Products UzCharmExpo-EURASIA 2024, one of the largest industry expositions in Central Asia to establish mutually beneficial relations, replenish the business portfolio with new business projects and further increase in industrial exports, held at the Uzexpocenter Exhibition Complex in Tashkent (Uzbekistan). The business program of the exhibition included: the grand opening of the exhibition; working meetings in B2B, B2G, G2G formats; signing of memoranda of cooperation, export and investment agreements between foreign and domestic enterprises; “UZCHARM Style 2024”- showing the author's works of participants of the 2nd International Competition of young designers in the field of design, technology and shoe design, clothing and items made of leather and fur; as well as a solemn ceremony of awarding the participants of the exhibition.....

At the tannery, by order from the shoe factory, the finishing recipe with the use of a design roll and DOWELLEX RC 3215 of DOWELL (China) has been tested. DOWELLEX RC 3215 is a sealing preground for full and corrected grain leathers. It was noted that the grain covered with this preground had pleasant touch, did not load the grain and improved the uniformity of water absorption of the leather by area. The obtained article received a positive review. It was decided to produce this article in different colours and send it to the consumer for leather goods.....

In the experimental shop at the tannery, the white crust recipe with chemicals from the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has been tested with a positive result. The absence of looseness, good fullness and whiteness were noted. The recipe used a bouquet of fat liquors, including a pigmented white fat liquor, which enhanced the whiteness of the white crust. The tannery technicians were interested in the recipe. It is planned to repeat the recipe in production conditions.....

At one of the tanneries, specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has conducted an experimental production batch of two-phase black nubuck using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. The obtained article was positively evaluated by the tannery's technicians. Good touch, blackness and writing effect were noted. The batch has been sent to the client to receive a conclusion. It is planned to repeat the production of this article for a set of statistics.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has tested the product "Fermentol 23" with a positive result. “Fermentol 23” is a complex product for soaking and degreasing. The product provides uniform watering, is an excellent dispersing agent of fats and impurities. The enzyme component cleaves the fiber-to-fiber proteins, helps to increase the area and ensures high quality of the leather tissue. An order was received for the production batch of the fur lining article with the use of the product "Fermentol 23".....

At the fur factory, specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested a new product “Fermentol FK” in pickling fur sheepskin. “Fermentol FK”— acid protease for fur. It is used in an acidic environment to soften fur skins. It gently loosens the skin structure, makes it softer and fuller, improves elasticity, which contributes to better penetration of tanning agents and promotes more uni-form colouring. The test result is positive, and extended trials are planned for the nearest future.....

At one of the tanneries, the testing of degreasing agents "SN-SK" and "SN-SPK”, produced by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC for the production of fur lining, has been carried out. Positive results were obtained, and an order was made for extended trials.....

From September 3-5, 2024, China hosted ACLE, Shanghai, which is a key event in revitalizing the leather and manufacturing sectors of China. The main thematic areas of the exhibition were represented by: fur and leather products, the clothing industry, leather production, tanning equipment, leather hides and skins. The management of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC held negotiations with representatives of companies for the supply of raw chemicals for the production of leather products, as well as with the heads of companies producing chemicals for the production of leather from India and China. During the working meetings at the exhibition, familiarization with the novelties of leather articles was conducted and plans for further cooperation were outlined.....

One of the complexes of innovative products in 2024 was the "Ekotop" series, which presents new finishing shiny lacquers that were developed and offered to the market by specialists of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. The chemicals are presented in the form of an aqueous dispersion of aliphatic polyurethane and are designed to fix the main coatings of all types of leathers, including water-proof and furniture articles. The lacquers of “Ekotop” series create a durable shiny film resistant to dry and wet rubbing, without giving hardness to the coating. Since August 2024, the process of testing the lacquers of “Ekotop” series in experimental conditions has been launched at all partner tanneries of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC.....
