Positive tests of improved formulations of the product for speeding up soaking SN-OV were conducted. The product was ordered by tanneries for extended industrial trials. Several tanneries have tested the penetrator PP - 22 developed by special-ists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC in order to increase the penetration of impregnating solutions of corrected grain leather and splits. From the beginning of April, 2020 at the Middle Asia tanneries we have started industrial trials of the soaking-liming-tanning recipe and promotion of the following products: SN-OV – soaking accelerator, Vega RLT – agent for preventing liming wrinkles, anti-wrinkle agent for heavy hides. We got positive in-termediate results. Final conclusions will be done after finishing all planned trials.....

Technological trials with a Pielcolor (Spain) specialist were conducted at one of the tanneries. Shoe articles with and without milling, wax articles, oil finishing of nubuck, an article with tumble dry were made during trials. A new nitro lacquer water-based emulsion LA 6060 was used to fix the nappa article and flexible leather without milling. The lacquer is suitable for fixing leather goods and shoe leathers when you need to get excellent gloss and good wet and dry rub fastness. Recipes of wax finishing and buffed floater with the use of Pielcolor (Spain) chemicals were tried. All articles were positively assessed by the tannery management and will be presented at the exhibition “Mosshoes” in March at tannery and Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC booths and also sent to customers to get their feedback.....

At one of the fur factories specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) have conducted trials of fur articles with the use of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals. The trials were successful. We fulfilled the task of getting different colours with not only fur dyes (tricomy: yellow, blue and red) but also with dyes for leather tissue. The double face article “Oil Crack” with the use of Pielcolor (Spain) chemicals was also positively assessed.....

At several tanneries specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) have conducted trials of soaking-liming recipes with the use of the anti-wrinkle agent “Vega RLT” and a combination of enzymatic agent for soaking Humectol Rapid with “Vega RLT”. The trials were successful. Quality of the semi-finished product obtained satisfied completely tanneries management. The tanneries management ordered the anti-wrinkle agent “Vega RLT” for extended industrial trials.....

At Middle Asia tanneries specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) have conducted trials of floater and waterproof article recipes with the use of chemicals of companies: Cromogenia-Unts, S.A. (Spain), Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Pielcolor, S.L.U. (Spain). The trials were successful. Samples will be presented to customers to get their feedback.....
