Technological visits of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC with the presentation of 2025-2026 novelties.

       In the first half of February 2025, Shebekinskaya  industrialnaya  khimiya, LLC conducted a series of technological visits to tanneries and shoefactories in Russia, Belarus and Central Asian countries within the framework of the 2025 development program, during which innovative articles were demonstrated to the management and technological staff of the companies, made on the basis of new chemical products produced by Shebekinskaya  industrialnaya  khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Dowell Company (China). Among them, in particular, crusts of high demand:

1. Shoe crust ("Crust-nappa", "ShoeNubuck") using a highly concentrated fat liquor "SMH-479", produced by Shebekinskaya  industrialnaya  khimiya,  LLC (Russia), which meets the requirements of REACH. "SMH-479" is the fat liquor developed for all types of leather, which is evenly distributed over both the area and thickness of the leather, giving the leather soft and tight grain, pleasant touch, while increasing elasticity and tear  resistance. The high concentration of the solids allows to achieve good fattening results with minimal consumption. All articles are highly evaluated by the technicians of the tanneries. Samples of the chemicals for extended experimental and production trials have been ordered.
2. "Crust–nappa", "Garment crust" using a multifunctional soft polymer filler "Dowellmetta MF", manufactured by Dowell (China). The regenerating and greasing properties of "Dowellmetta MF" give the leather excellent softness and lightness, which helps to the production of light articles. "Dowellmetta MF" partially or completely replaces the use of tanning and greasing products, greatly simplifying the leather production process and effectively improving the softness and physical and mechanical strength of leather. Excellent light and heat resistance of "DowellmettaMF" can be used for fatliquoring light or white leathers. As part of the technological trials carried out, positive feedback was received on the use of this product.     

The presentations showed a high consumer interest in the presented chemicals.
