New anti-wrinkle agents and agents to prevent liming wrinkles for heavy-weight hides(bovine): • «Vega RLT-1»; • «Vega RLT-2». 2. Leather tanning agents: • Chrome-containing tanning agent "Evrosintan HF»; • Synthetic phenolic type tanning agent (liquid) "SD-2.2" - an alternative substitute of import chemicals. 3. Casein-free pigment concentrates (PC) of the series 2000 in the assortment: • Coloured; • Casein-free PC t. 2002 deep black colour. 3. Fat liquors for leather production: • «SMH-10/15.1» - special oil for fat finishes, designed for finishing full and corrected grain leathers, suede articles....

Finishing shoe and leather goods articles using chemicals of Sichuan Dowell (China).

At two tanneries, trials have been carried out in parallel on the finishing of shoe and leather goods articles. The following articles were tested: "Full grain nappa" and "Corrected grain nappa" in different colours, "Wax article with Pull-up effect", "Leather goods article with "Two-shade finishing", article "Seamo" on a design roll with the use of DOWELL chemicals (China). The following chemicals were used in the finishing process:

«Dowellex RC 3513» — covering pre-ground for full and corrected grain leathers;
«Dowellex RC 3215» — sealing pre-ground with good natural feel after rotopress;
«Dowellex RC 3060» — soft compound for articles with milling;
«Doweller WAX 5168» — medium hard wax for ‘pull-up” effect;
«Doweller WAX 5191» — hard wax of high gloss;
«Doweller Oil 5262» — non-ionic softening oil with pleasant oily touch;
«Dowellish TOP G 7218» — shiny aliphatic polyurethane for top coating;
«Нicalac 3160» — nitro-cellulose lacquer for top coating.

The obtained articles were positively evaluated by the management of the tannery and will be sent to customers for evaluation and feedback.
