“Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” performed technical trials for production of crust in a one Russian tannery

In frame of the project of “Import Substitution” specialist of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnay Khimiya” got a task from a one Russian tannery to launch a recipe of crust using Russian chemicals. Several articles of crust were produced. They were made with the following products: Evrosintan M, Evrosintan NK, Evrosintan FO. The products are produced by “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya”. They improve grain firmness, decrease looseness, improve fullness of the leathers and completely substitute import analogues. The trials were successful, the leathers have firm grain, are sot and full. “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” got the ordre from the tannery for the above products to use them in their production.....
“Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” performed technical trials for production of footwear split and finishing of buffed grain nappa.

In the end of March 2016 specialists of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” made technical trials in a one Russian tannery.
The trials included:
1. Finishing of buffed grain nappa with “Pielcolor” products in the laboratory of the tannery
2. Production of split for footwear according the recipes and with the products of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimia” (compound ANK, Ekofiller black, black pigment).
The trials were successful and the company got the order for chemicals for production of split.....

In March 2016 “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” performed laboratory trials in some Russian tanneries. The aim of the trials was finishing of such articles as floater, full grain nappa and buffed nappa with Pielcolor products. The trials were successful. Now the finished articles are under the testing.....

In March 2016 specialists of “Shebekinskaya Inductrialnaya Khimiya” performed some trials for production and finishing upholstery and footwear split in the laboratory of a one Russian tannery. The trials were made with the chemicals of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” and “Pielcolor”. When finishing the articles, a new product of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” – compound ANK – was tested. This compound is used for full garin leathers and for split. The trials were successful. The tannery is satisfied with the results. The leather samples are sent to the customer for approval.....

In March 2016 “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya”, LLC. performed laboratory trails in Russian fur factories. The aim of the trials was production of wool lining from sheep skins with chemicals our own production for soaking-degreasing process. So, the following products were tested: SN-30, SN-306, SN-OV, Nega.
The trials were successful. “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiay” received an order for above-mentioned products. The factories will proceed with production trials.....
Pre-visits of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” to the footwear factories of the Republic of Belarus

In March 2016 specialists of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” made some pre-visits to the footwear factories of the Republic of Belarus. During these visits some articles finished with “Pielcolor” products were shown. “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” have been an official representative of “Pielcolor” in the Russian market for many years. The aim of these visits is to arrange laboratory trials of “Pielcolor” products for wax finishing of buffed and full grain nappa in April. The trails will be carried out by the technicians of both companies.....

In June 2015 “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya”, LLC made trials in a one Russian tannery. During the trials some experimental lots of nappa and floater were produced with the products of “Shebekinsksya Industrialnaya Khimiya”, “Cromogenia-Units” and “Pielcolor”. The following products of our own production for dyeing-fatliquoring were tried: SMH-470, CMH-6, SMH-KT, Evrosintan RSN-40, Ekofix. The trials were a success. The first delivery of the products for production trials was fulfilled.....

From the 12th till the 18th of June 2015 there was a technical training of the specialists of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya”, LLC. in Spanish company " Cromogenia Units”, S.A. During the training our specialists got known new chemical products of the company and made a range of trials with Russian wet-blue in the laboratory of “Cromogenia-Units, S.A., using their products and formulations. They made some innovative articles of nappa, upholstery leather, articles from goat and sheep skins (for gloves and garment) according to the trends of 2015-2016.....

In the middle of June 2015 the specialists of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya”, LLC. visited some leading Russian fur factories. The aim of the visit was to summarize the results of earlier fulfilled technical experimental trials for processing sheep skins for lining and shearling sheepskin. The processes were made using the following products of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya”, LLC.: SN-305, SN-306, SN-N, SMH-470, SMH-M, Nega, etc. During the negotiations schedules of production trials were made for every factory. The contracts for delivery of the abovementioned products were concluded with every company.....
