“Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” performed technical trials at the Belarus tanneries

In June 2016 “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” performed a range of technical trials at the Belarus tanneries:
1. Some trials in production to improve quality of wet-blue. The following products were used: Vega RLE, Bazamin HBE.
2. Some trials in production to improve crust for yuft. The following products were used: Evrosintan RSN-40V, SMH-473.
3. Finishing of yuft in production using Compond ANK.
4. Laboratory trials for production of wet-blue from sheep/goat skins for the following articles: gloves and garment leathers.....
Technical training of the specialists of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” in the laboratory

In June 2016 specialists of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” visited the laboratory of “Pielcolor” (Spain) for technical training. In course of the training the technicians got acquainted with:
1. new chemicals and technologies of the company and finish the following articles with “Pielcolor” products in the laboratory: full and buffed grain nappa, floater.
2. new chemicals for upgrading from Magic Line (2nd edition) range.
The specialists from a one Belarus tannery also took part in the technical training. They studied the same questions as the specialists of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” did.....
“Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” performed technical trails for finishing Floater and Buffed Grain Nappa at the Russian tanneries

In June 2016 “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya”, LLC. performed some laboratory trails for finishing floater and buffed grain napa. The trials were made with the products and recipes of:
1. “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” (dyeing-fatliquoring: SMH-470, SMH-473, Evrosintan SN-40V, Ekomin NS, Ekomin 5 and Ekodisp)
2. “Pielcolor” (finishing).
The trials were successful. The tanneries liked the results. Some tanneries agreed to arrange technical trials in production; the others – sent the articles to their customers for approval.....

In May 2016 “Shebekinskaya Inductrialnaya Khimiya” performed some laboratory trials for production of wet-blue from sheep/goat skins for shoes and lining. At the dyeing-fatliquoring stage the chemicals of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” and “Cromogenia-Units” were used; as for finishing, the chemicals of “Pielcolor” were used. The trials were successful. The leathers got are under testing now.....

The specialists of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” made production trials in some Russian tanneries. The aim of the trials were getting crust for yuft in production. In the course of the following products of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” were used: SMH-470, SMH-473, Evrosintan SN-40V, Ekomin 5. The trials were successful. The work will be continued in June 2016.....

In May 2016 “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya”, LLC. performed some trails in production for finishing floater, full grain napa and buffed grain napa. The trials were made with the products of “Pielcolor”. The production trials were successful. The orders from the tanneries were received.....

In May 2016 specialists of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” made technical trials for production and finishing of buffed grain nappa using chemicals of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” and “Pielcolor” (Spain). The following products of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” for dyeing-fatliquoring were used:
SMH-470, SMH-473, Evrosintan SN-40V, Ekomin NS, Ekomin 5 and Ekodisp. As for finishing, the “Pielcolor” products were used at this stage. The trials were successful. The leathers are sent to the customers for approval.....

The trials were made with the chemicals of “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” (SMH-470, Ekomin NS, Evrosintan SN-40V) and “Cromogenia-Units”, Spain (Retanal range). The trials were successful. The leathers got are under testing now.....

1. Finishing of floater, napa and lacquered leathers (in the Russian tanneries).
2. Finishing of wax articles (in Belarus tanneries).
In course of the trials finishing products of “Pielcolor” (Spain) were used.
The trials were successful. The leathers got are under testing now.....

In frame of fulfilling the project of import substitution, Russian tanneries gave a task to “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya” to try in the laboratory and to launch into production some leather articles made with Russian chemicals. In April 2016 some trials were performed to produce some articles with milling using such products as Evrosintan M, Evrosintan NK, Evrosintan MV by “Shebekinskaya Industrialnaya Khimiya”.....
