During the trials chemicals of the companies Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units (Spain) were used. The trials were successful. In the near future it is planned to perform expanded industrial tests.....

During the trials chemicals of the Pielcolor company (Spain) were used. The tests were successful. These leather articles were successfully approved and sent to consumers.....

In September 2016, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, (Russia) performed a series of trials at Russian tanneries, on: 1- production floater batches according to the procedure and on base of chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, (Russia): SMH-473, SMH -707, SMH-470, Evrosintan RSN-40B, Evrosintan FO, Fosfol C 6 B, Fosfol 51, Retanal X18 and others; 2 - experimental crust batches for milling; 3- experimental sheep/goats lining batches. The trials were successful. Currently, a number of articles is being tested, and other articles are being finished, followed by their testing and transfering to consumers.....

In August 2016, the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed technical trials at Russian tanneries for obtaining industrial dyeing/fat-liquoring crust batches with use of formulations, and on base of chemical preparations of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, (Russia): SMH-473, SMH-707, SMH-470, Evrosintan RSN-40V Evrosintan FO and others. The tanneries approved test results, some deliveries of the chemicals to the tanneries were made for the production of commercial batches.....

In July of this year, a technological visit of a specialist of Pielcolor (Spain) to one of Russian tanneries took place, during which technical trials were performed to obtain and finish, in experimental conditions, of buffed nappa and floater articles, based on chemicals and recipes of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia), and Pielcolor (Spain). For dyeing and fatliquoring processes the chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) were used, as follows: SMH-470, SMH-473, Evrosintan SN-40V, Ekomin NS, Ekomin 5 Ekodisp, etc. For finishing the articles the products of the Pielcolor company (Spain) were used. The tests were successful, the tannery approved the leather articles that are sent to consumers for approval.....

In July 2016 Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimia, LLC (Russia) performed a whole series of tests at Russian tanneries with using own preparations:
1 - trials of experimental batches in order to obtain white crust of cattle for shoe leather articles. The preparations used: Evrosintan SF;
2- trials of experimental batches of the preparation Evrosintan MS used in its dry commercial form on cattle crusts, for improving grain tightness and enhancing physical/mechanical properties for shoe leather articles;
3-testing in experimental conditions, 2-phase suede split leather of cattle, with application of the preparations: Evrosintan RSN-40B; SMH-M; SMH 470 Black; Ekomin-5; Evrosintan NP1; Fosfol C6B, etc;
Good results are achieved in all the tests. The leather articles obtained in trials were sent to customers for approval. In the future, obtaining the production batches of the leathers are planned.....

In July 2016 the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed at tanneries in Belarus, in experimental conditions, technical trials on finishing footwear and garment leather articles of sheep/goats skins, as well as on finishing buffed floater article of cattle. In trials, some finishing products of the Pielcolor Company (Spain) were used. Currently, the leathers articles are being approved.....
