During the training the following tasks were fulfilled: finishing in dyeing defects, scratches, bacterial spots. Results of the training will be shown to customers from March 27.....

A technological visit of the Pielcolor (Spain) technician to the RF was finished on March 24. During the visit a recipe of finishing nappa buffed with grade improving were presented and done. Finishing with getting 4 kinds of leather articles: nappa full and corrected grain, patent leather and the article “Crazy Horse” was made during the trials at one of the tanneries in Russia. The trials were successful.....

Recipes and chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) production were used during the trials, particularly: the product SN-OV (a wetting agent for improving damp content in hide in soaking), Vega RLE, Bazamin NBE, SN-22Sh.....

Technicians of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) together with the technician of Pielcolor (Spain) have conducted technological trials at one of the tanneries in Belarus on production and finishing in experimental shop the following articles:
1- Nappa full and corrected grain;
2- Patent leather;
3- Article “Crazy Horse”.
The articles got were sent to customers.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has done series of trials at the Russian tannery on production of nappa full and corrected grain. 3 variants of nappa for milling were made in the experimental shop on a base of chemicals of Cromogenia-Units (Spain) and Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) production. There were the following chemicals of the Russian production: Evrosintan RSN-40V, SMH-KT, SN-30. The articles of nappa full and corrected grain were further finished with the use of Pielcolor chemicals. All articles of nappa are sent to customers for testing.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) did trials at one the Russian tanneries in January this year to get articles with Pielcolor (Spain) finishings: articles with elasticity – finishing with haircell with an impregnation agent and without it, articles of floater and nappa milled. All leather articles got are sent to testing by customers. The tannery plans to purchase all the necessary chemicals of Pielcolor (Spain) production.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has done series of trials at the Russian tannery on production:
1.Industrial batches of wet-blue. During the trials recipes and chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units (Spain) production were used, particularly the product SN-OV (a wetting agent for improving damp content in the hide in liming), Vega RLE, Bazamin HBE, Tripsol RSTP. The trials were successful. As a result of trials the tannery has taken a decision to use the recipe and products of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units (Spain). Purchase orders for delivery of the above-mentioned chemicals were received from the tannery;....
