Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed trials at Russian tanneries on production batches with use of recipes of SHIKH, LLC, for wet-blue production for yuft. In the process of testing when developing fatliquoring/ dyeing recipes of ShIKh the following chemicals were used: Bazomin HBE, Ekomin - 5, SMH-470, vegetable tanning agents: Mimosa NT, ME, quebracho. Finishing batches of yuft were obtained with using compound UK. The trials were successful. The ShIKh, LLC received orders for delivery of the above mentioned products to the tanneries.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia), performed tests at Russian tanneries on finishing, in experimental conditions: buffed full grain nappas, splits, patent leathers, as well on obtaining the Crazy Horse finishing. During the trials chemicals of Pielcolor (Spain) were used. Compound UK was applied for a number of finishes. The tests were successful. These leather articles were successfully tested and sent to consumers (shoe factories). According to the results of trials it is planned to expand the purchased range of Pielcolor materials.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed trials at a Russian tannery to obtain a production crust batches with use of recipes and chemical products of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia): SMH-473, SMH-470, Ekomin 5, Evrosintan SO, Ekomin NA and others. The tests were successful. Currently, an order is received from the tannery for the supply of the above mentioned chemicals.....

Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed trials at a Russian tannery in experimental conditions on obtaining finishes: Crazy Horse, pull-up effect, wax finishes. During the trials recipes and chemicals of the Pielcolor company (Spain) were used. These obtained leather articles were successfully tested and sent to consumers.
At this tannery, too, soaking-liming processes of production wet blue batches were carried out with the use of materials of Cromogenia-Units (Spain) and Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia): SN-22SH, Vega PLE, Vega-93, and others. The trials were successful. In the near future it is planned to perform processing another several production batches.....

During the trials chemicals of the companies Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Cromogenia-Units (Spain) were used. The trials were successful. In the near future it is planned to perform expanded industrial tests.....

In September 2016, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, (Russia) performed a series of trials at Russian tanneries, on: 1- production floater batches according to the procedure and on base of chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, (Russia): SMH-473, SMH -707, SMH-470, Evrosintan RSN-40B, Evrosintan FO, Fosfol C 6 B, Fosfol 51, Retanal X18 and others; 2 - experimental crust batches for milling; 3- experimental sheep/goats lining batches. The trials were successful. Currently, a number of articles is being tested, and other articles are being finished, followed by their testing and transfering to consumers.....

2 – to Russian fur factories, where a complex of chemicals for the production of fur lining SN-22SH, SN-306, SN-SH1, Nega, SMH 470, SMH-M, SN-US, SN-A, and the acid softener for fur Defat ACP manufactured by the Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were presented.....

In August 2016, the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed technical trials at Russian tanneries for obtaining industrial dyeing/fat-liquoring crust batches with use of formulations, and on base of chemical preparations of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, (Russia): SMH-473, SMH-707, SMH-470, Evrosintan RSN-40V Evrosintan FO and others. The tanneries approved test results, some deliveries of the chemicals to the tanneries were made for the production of commercial batches.....
