Innovations of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC in the framework of the import substitution program.

As part of the import substitution program, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has completed the development of a number of innovative chemicals for leather production: 1. New anti-wrinkle agents and agents to prevent liming wrinkles for heavy-weight hides(bovine): • «Vega RLT-1»; • «Vega RLT-2». 2. Leather tanning agents: • Chrome-containing tanning agent "Evrosintan HF»; • Synthetic phenolic type tanning agent (liquid) "SD-2.2" - an alternative substitute of import chemicals. 3. Casein-free pigment concentrates (PC) of the series 2000 in the assortment: • Coloured; • Casein-free PC t. 2002 deep black colour. 3. Fat liquors for leather production: • «SMH-10/15.1» - special oil for fat finishes, designed for finishing full and corrected grain leathers, suede articles....

The annual 24 (47) International Fair "Leather – Footwear – Fur - Technology" was held on September 20-23, 2016 in Moscow, at the VDNKh.In their exposition, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, presented to their partners an updated range of chemical preparations for the leather/footwear and fur industry of its own production as part of the "IMPORT SUBSTITUTION" program, in the following branches:

Wetting agents/degreasers for various purposes: SN-22 SH, SN-SH1; SN-31P

Basifying agent for chrome tanning: Bazamin HBE
Retanning and filling preparations:

In addition to their own production, managers and engineers of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, offered to their customers such materials as:
1) Vegetable tanning agent for light colour and pastel shade leathers - Mimtan AT 1 (SAR)

2) Dyestuffs for leather and fur of black color and multicoloured (India)

A number of presentations on materials of the Pielcolor (Spain) was demonstrated.

1) new materials for leather finishing of Pielcolor (Spain), the main trends of the season autumn-winter 2017-2018;

2) an updated series of Magic Line preparations of the Pielcolor Company (Spain);

Also, new articles of full and corrected grain leathers, splits and crusts were demonstrated at the exhibition, obtained in the course of the last industrial trials of chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, in September 2016.

As part of the exhibition work some business meetings and negotiations with partners were held; some agreement were reached: on performing technology trials on use of innovative products presented in the Fair, of own production and of the companies: Pielcolor (Spain), Cromogenia-Units (Spain), on the production of a variety of leather articles in Russian and CIS tanneries; a plan was scheduled and the scope of technological trials and implementations for the years 2016-17 in Russia and CIS countries was defined.
