in July 2016 Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed a series of trials at tanneries of Russia and Belarus on recipes for obtaining patent leather, naplack, full grain nappa (for shoes), garment nappa with use of MAGIC LINE -2 materials (MAGIC products). Materials MAGIC (ML series) are compounds for basic coatings of various types of leather with a high covering power, excellent behavior during pressing and drum milling, and with natural touch. These compounds can be used only with the addition of the pigment and water. In the product line MAGIC LINE -2 a new polyurethane lacquer UR 1721 was developed, for patent finishings with high gloss. During the trials, the following materials were tested: ML 2803, ML 2804, ML 2806 and UR 1721. Of the greatest interest were the products ML 2803, ML 2806 and UR 1721. All tests were carried out under experimental conditions and were successful. According to test results some orders were obtained for the supply of the products: ML 2806, ML 2803, UR 1721 for production approval.
