At the tannery, according to the recipe of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC "Tow-phase nubuck", a production batch has been produced under the customer's order. The main emphasis was placed on obtaining leather of a deep black colour with the presence of a writing effect. To enhance the blackness, pigmented fat liquors: "SMH-467 black", "SMH-470 black", as well as a specially selected acid dyes were used in the recipe. The batch was sent to the customer for sewing shoes and receiving a conclusion.....

Finishing recipes have been tested with Dowell chemicals (China). In the conditions of the tannery, shoe articles were tested: "Full grain nappa", "Corrected grain nappa", "Wax article with pull-up effect". The good covering ability of pre-ground Dowellex RC 3513, compounds Dowellex RC 3060 and Dowellex RC 3345 was noted. The wax article was positively evaluated. A pronounced pull-up effect was noted when using chemicals "Doweller WAX 5168", "Doweller WAX 5191", "Doweller Oil 5262". The finished leathers were passed to the shoe sewing workshop in order to obtain feedback.....

In the production conditions of the tannery, the crust recipes were tested (shoe crust for articles without milling using the recipe 1.40.2 and shoe crust for articles with milling using the recipe1.34.10) using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC:....

From October 15 to 17, 2024, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC took part in the 17th International Exhibition of Leather, Footwear, Haberdashery, Fur, Wool and localized Products UzCharmExpo-EURASIA 2024, one of the largest industry expositions in Central Asia to establish mutually beneficial relations, replenish the business portfolio with new business projects and further increase in industrial exports, held at the Uzexpocenter Exhibition Complex in Tashkent (Uzbekistan). At the tannery, by order from the shoe factory, the finishing recipe with the use of a design roll and DOWELLEX RC 3215 of DOWELL (China) has been tested. DOWELLEX RC 3215 is a sealing preground for full and corrected grain leathers. It was noted that the grain covered with this preground had pleasant touch, did not load the grain and improved the uniformity of water absorption of the leather by area. The obtained article received a positive review. It was decided to produce this article in different colours and send it to the consumer for leather goods.....

In the experimental shop at the tannery, the white crust recipe with chemicals from the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has been tested with a positive result. The absence of looseness, good fullness and whiteness were noted. The recipe used a bouquet of fat liquors, including a pigmented white fat liquor, which enhanced the whiteness of the white crust. The tannery technicians were interested in the recipe. It is planned to repeat the recipe in production conditions.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has tested the product "Fermentol 23" with a positive result. “Fermentol 23” is a complex product for soaking and degreasing. The product provides uniform watering, is an excellent dispersing agent of fats and impurities. The enzyme component cleaves the fiber-to-fiber proteins, helps to increase the area and ensures high quality of the leather tissue. An order was received for the production batch of the fur lining article with the use of the product "Fermentol 23".....

At the fur factory, specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested a new product “Fermentol FK” in pickling fur sheepskin. “Fermentol FK”— acid protease for fur. It is used in an acidic environment to soften fur skins. It gently loosens the skin structure, makes it softer and fuller, improves elasticity, which contributes to better penetration of tanning agents and promotes more uni-form colouring. The test result is positive, and extended trials are planned for the nearest future.....

At one of the tanneries, the testing of degreasing agents "SN-SK" and "SN-SPK”, produced by Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC for the production of fur lining, has been carried out. Positive results were obtained, and an order was made for extended trials.....

From September 3-5, 2024, China hosted ACLE, Shanghai, which is a key event in revitalizing the leather and manufacturing sectors of China. The main thematic areas of the exhibition were represented by: fur and leather products, the clothing industry, leather production, tanning equipment, leather hides and skins. The management of the company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC held negotiations with representatives of companies for the supply of raw chemicals for the production of leather products, as well as with the heads of companies producing chemicals for the production of leather from India and China.
