As part of the import substitution program, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has completed the development of a number of innovative chemicals for leather production: 1. New anti-wrinkle agents and agents to prevent liming wrinkles for heavy-weight hides(bovine): • «Vega RLT-1»; • «Vega RLT-2». 2. Leather tanning agents: • Chrome-containing tanning agent "Evrosintan HF»; • Synthetic phenolic type tanning agent (liquid) "SD-2.2" - an alternative substitute of import chemicals. 3. Casein-free pigment concentrates (PC) of the series 2000 in the assortment: • Coloured; • Casein-free PC t. 2002 deep black colour. 3. Fat liquors for leather production: • «SMH-10/15.1» - special oil for fat finishes, designed for finishing full and corrected grain leathers, suede articles....

Technological trials of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC of split finish, butt for belts and hydrophobic crust.

In the first part of May the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC offered and did at tanneries recipes of shoe split finish, butt belts and hydrophobic crust with Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC (Russia) products and Pielcolor (Spain) products.

Shoe split article finish was done with finish materials of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya LLC. The appearance and physical mechanical quality properties of finished article matched the requirements in technical documents. Samples of shoes are done from these articles at shoe factories. The quality of shoe split got positive feedback from technicians of shoe factories. Now the approbation of this recipe is planned in production conditions.

For article finish: ‘belt from butt’ were used the following products: AA 4649 - a stucco applying by hand for cover big defects, covering preground and compound. Finished articles got positive feedback from the directors. Articles are sent to clients for making conclusion about their quality.

The following products were used for finish of hydrophobic articles: AA 4641 – a stucco for applying by roller machine, urethanes for fixation UR 1715, UR 1693 with addition of water repellant additive AH 7471. Hydrophobic properties of finished articles are within standard. Samples are sent to shoe factories for making conclusion about the quality of made articles.
