The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) in the experimental shop conducted trials of the recipe for shoe crust for milling "Nappa K" using chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and chemicals of the company Cromogenia-Units (Spain). At the filling stage, the following products were used: Retanal DU Extra, Retanal MV Extra, Evrosintan FO and the new product Evrosintan RSN-40. Evrosintan RSN-40 — is an innovative retanning agent based on acrylic polymer, which provides grain strength, good fullness of leather, promotes better penetration of vegetable and synthetic retanning agents. As fatliquoring compositions, the following products were used: SMH-470, SMH-707, SMH-480, which give softness and uniform milling in the drum to leather. Crust obtained according to the recipe "Nappa K" received a preliminary positive assessment and in the nearest future it is planned to conduct extended trials.
