From March1-16, a training was held for specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC(Russia) at the company Dowell (China). Articles were developed for the tasks of the tanneries: "Universal crust" in thickness of 1.3-1.5mm, "Black crust for milling" in thickness of 1.3 -1.5 mm, "White crust for milling" in thickness of 1.3 -1.5 mm, "Crust" for the article "Floater". The following products were used in the recipes: a series of acrylates to obtain a uniform leather structure, an aldehyde tanning agent for grain tightness, and a series of synthetic fat liquors to obtain elasticity and uniform grain when milling. A set of chemicals with high light resistance was used in the recipe of white crust....

Technical trials by the Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC at a Russian tannery to obtain a production batch of crust-4 RM.

In mid-December of this year, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) performed a series of trials at one of the Russian tanneries:

1- on finishing in the experimental conditions of buffed nappa and split leather (cattle) articles in order to improve the quality grade of leather articles. During the trials the products of the Pielcolor company (Spain) were used.

2 on obtaining production batches of crust RM-4 in processes of dyeing/fatliquoring, based on production formulations of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and on chemicals of own production of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia), in particular the products: Evrosintan RSN-40, SMH-470, SMH-473, Ekomin-5, Evrosintan FO and others.

All obtained leather articles were sent to consumers for the approval.
