Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC at the 5th Anniversary International Exhibition of fur, leather and outerwear "Soft Gold of Russia".

      On April 11-14, 2022, the 5th Anniversary International Specialized Exhibition of Fur, Leather and Outerwear "Soft Gold of Russia" took place in Pyatigorsk, which was attended by manufacturers of fur and leather products, outerwear, hats, accessories, animal husbandry, dressing and dyeing enterprises, manufacturers of chemicals for fur and leather, representatives of wholesale and retail trade, companies for the installation and adjustment of specialized equipment for fur factories, international fur auctions. The exhibition was visited by more than 2,500 buyers, 3,350 representatives of the fur industry; more than 90 exhibitors from 5 countries presented their expositions: Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Belarus.

    Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) took an active part in the exhibition, having prepared and presented to its partners new developments of chemicals for fur articles, as well as modern topical recipes, ready-made articles of fur, leather, and outerwear made of sheepskin, rabbit, chinchilla. Among the chemical products of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC presented at the exhibition were such as:

• Black dye – "Acid Black MD", used in the dyeing of fur skins, at various concentrations and in different colour mixtures, presented in fur articles from sheepskin, rabbit and chinchilla.
• Colour dyes for fur hair - ("Fun Blue A", "Fun Yellow E", "Fun Red C", "Acid Grey NT", "Acid Brown DS", "Acid Brown G"), providing economical dyeing in all specified colors.
• “Fermentol 23” is a preparation for soaking large-area raw fur skins and wool sheepskin to obtain soft leather and increase the area of the finished crust.
• "Evrosintan ED" is an aldehyde tanning agent for fur, which has a high tanning power, prevents hair loss in the processing of fur in the degreasing process, enhances the whiteness of the hair, used in the production of wet-white.
• "SN-Sh8" is a surfactant used in degreasing of raw skins with a high content of natural fat and ensuring the lightness of resulting wet-blue.
• "Nouvol LS55" is a counterpart of "Kutapol TIS", which gives softness and elasticity to the leather, as well as a deep bright colour when dyeing double-face.
• "Uphol PFK" is a counterpart of "Escatan GLH", which gives softness and velvety to the leather, used for all articles.

      Following the results of the work at the exhibition "Soft Gold of Russia", after substantive discussions of the problems arising in the process of fur production with each of the partners among fur factories, programs for the introduction of chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC were developed to eliminate these problems and improve the quality of manufactured fur articles, maps of technological support for the introduction of materials and recipes and terms of technological visits for 2022.
