Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) visited tanneries in order to promote and sell a wider range of chemicals from its own production and products from Dowell (China) for soaking-liming-tanning and dyeing-fatliquoring processes and finishing. During the working meetings at the tanneries, the articles developed on the chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC and Dowell were demonstrated. A program for 2026 was developed for testing the demonstrated articles in the tanneries for 2026.....

The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested a recipe of the article"Floater". The tests were carried out with a positive result: the floater was obtained of high quality, good grain after milling and touch of the leather were noted. Repeated trials of the colour article were planned.....

A production batch of shoe crust, in thickness of 1.3-1.5mm, from bovine and calf hides was tested in the tannery. The obtained crusts were of good quality. In fatliquoring "SMH-478" was used, a highly concentrated fat liquor for obtaining elastic leather and leathers with milling. Based on the test results, samples were selected to be sent to customers to receive a conclusion.....

The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have tested a soaking-liming-tanning recipe. The following products were used during the trials: "Bazamin" and the bating agent "Fermentol RSTP". The quality of the obtained wet-blue was good. The wet-blue was passed then for dyeing-fatliquoring processes to obtain harness articles. The final conclusions will be made after finishing the articles.....

A joint technological visit was conducted at the tanneries by specialists from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and technicians from Dowell (China). The following recipes were tested: "Corrected grain floater", "Corrected grain nappa", "Patent leather", "Wax article", "Waterproof leather". The task was to obtain articles with upgrading finished leathers. The stucco "Stucco 9371" was used for upgrading. The product was applied both on full and corrected grain leathers, both with subsequent buffing, and in combination with other chemicals without buffing. The result of the trials was positively evaluated. The physical and mechanical parameters of the articles and the waterproofness test correspond to the standard. The construction of methods has been taken into account, materials have been ordered for conducting extended tests. The recipes were noted and the chemicals for extended trials were ordered.....

A soaking-liming-tanning recipe has been tested. The recipe was tested on calf hides, weighing 22-25 kg and bovine hides, weighing 30-40 kg. The following Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC chemicals were used in the recipe: • «SN-22S» — a wetting-degreasing agent; • «SN-OV» — an agent for improving watering; • «Vega-Е-93» — an agent for pelt deliming; • «Fermentol 23» — an enzyme containing agent for soaking; • «Fermentol RSTP» — a bating agent; • «Vega RLM, Vega RLT» — an anti-wrinkle agent; • «Bazamin» — an agent for increasing the basicity of a chrome tanning agent. A technological visit was fulfilled at a Belarusian tannery to test a recipe for easily draping leather. The following chemicals were used: • «Dowelltan RE-17» - an acrylic resin-based retanning agent that fills the leather, gives softness and elasticity, provides heat and light resistance of crust, suitable for articles with milling;....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has tested new chemicals for top-coating of leather at the Uzbekistan tannery: urethane “Ekotop-2” and nitrocellulose water-based lacquerу «СFiN LW 2000». The trials were carried out on a shoe article. The trials were successful, and an order for extended trials was received.....

The process of promoting at tanneries a new line of coloured casein-free pigment concentrates of the 2000 series, as well as the development of new colours of heat-resistant PCs: yellow, blue, brown.....

A technological visit was conducted to test a finishing recipe of water-repellent crsut using Dowell chemicals(China): compound "Dowellex RC 3060", "Dowellic RA 1300", "Dowelliu NU 2580", as well as chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC: casein-free pigment concentrates of 2000 series, urethane for top-coating "Ekotop-2". The finishing was positively evaluated by the tannery's specialists. The coating is resistant to a drop of water, has high gloss and pleasant touch. Also, in the process of double-sided finishing of belt leathers, the flesh side fixing agent"P-36" was tested. The finishing was positively evaluated— the flesh side was shiny, smooth, and pleasant to the touch.....

Presentations of Dowell (China) TRENDBOOKS were held at tanneries. The catalogues present the reci-pes of shoe, leather goods, and furniture articles. The tannery's technicians have shown interest in both recipes and chemicals for dyeing-fatliquoring processes and finishing. New chemicals have been orde-red to reproduce these recipes: • «DOWELLEND STUCCO 9371» — high-coverage stucco for application on a roller machine for full and corrected grain leathers;....

In the fur direction, recipes using chemicals "SN-Sh1", "SN-MF", "SN-N-9", "Fermentol 23" and the enzyme "Dowellzym FA" were tested on the article of fur velour. After drying and pre-finishing before dyeing, the leather tissue and hairline were not greased. In the finished form, uniform dyeing was obtained in terms of hair height and skin area. The fat content in the leather tissue was normal. The work of the chemicals was positively evaluated.....
