From October 28 to October 30, 2025, Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC took part in the 19 th International Exhibition of Leather, Footwear, Leather Goods, Fur and Wool “UzCharmExpo-EURASIA2025”, one of the largest industry expositions in Central Asia, held at “UzexpoCenter” in Tashkent (Uzbekistan). Within the framework of the exhibition, meetings were held with representatives of tanneries of Uzbekistan and shoe factories. A technological visit was fulfilled at a Belarusian tannery to test a recipe for easily draping leather. The following chemicals were used: • «Dowelltan RE-17» - an acrylic resin-based retanning agent that fills the leather, gives softness and elasticity, provides heat and light resistance of crust, suitable for articles with milling;....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) has tested new chemicals for top-coating of leather at the Uzbekistan tannery: urethane “Ekotop-2” and nitrocellulose water-based lacquerу «СFiN LW 2000». The trials were carried out on a shoe article. The trials were successful, and an order for extended trials was received.....

The process of promoting at tanneries a new line of coloured casein-free pigment concentrates of the 2000 series, as well as the development of new colours of heat-resistant PCs: yellow, blue, brown.....

A technological visit was conducted to test a finishing recipe of water-repellent crsut using Dowell chemicals(China): compound "Dowellex RC 3060", "Dowellic RA 1300", "Dowelliu NU 2580", as well as chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC: casein-free pigment concentrates of 2000 series, urethane for top-coating "Ekotop-2". The finishing was positively evaluated by the tannery's specialists. The coating is resistant to a drop of water, has high gloss and pleasant touch. Also, in the process of double-sided finishing of belt leathers, the flesh side fixing agent"P-36" was tested. The finishing was positively evaluated— the flesh side was shiny, smooth, and pleasant to the touch.....

Presentations of Dowell (China) TRENDBOOKS were held at tanneries. The catalogues present the reci-pes of shoe, leather goods, and furniture articles. The tannery's technicians have shown interest in both recipes and chemicals for dyeing-fatliquoring processes and finishing. New chemicals have been orde-red to reproduce these recipes: • «DOWELLEND STUCCO 9371» — high-coverage stucco for application on a roller machine for full and corrected grain leathers;....

In the fur direction, recipes using chemicals "SN-Sh1", "SN-MF", "SN-N-9", "Fermentol 23" and the enzyme "Dowellzym FA" were tested on the article of fur velour. After drying and pre-finishing before dyeing, the leather tissue and hairline were not greased. In the finished form, uniform dyeing was obtained in terms of hair height and skin area. The fat content in the leather tissue was normal. The work of the chemicals was positively evaluated.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has conducted a technological visit to the tannery to test dyeing-fatliquoring and finishing recipes. As part of the technological trials, the following have been tested: • dyeing-fatliquoring recipe of split-suede, which had positive feedback; • coloured dyes, new fat liquors "SMH-479", "SMH-500", which were positively evaluated by the tannery's managers; • finishing recipes: full and corrected grain nappa, corrected grain floater, Pull-up article, "Clouds" article using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC (Russia) and Dowell (China); • urethane for top coating “Ekotop-1” and “Ekotop-2”. They were positively evaluated. Their high gloss and excellent resistance to wet rubbing were noted.....

The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have held working meetings with clients of tanneries in Central Asia. As part of the promotion visits, a number of the tanneries for the production of wet-blue, crusts and finished leather were visited, where new chemicals, dyeing-fatliquoring recipes and finishing of the leathers were presented. Among them: fat liquors "SMH-479" and "SMH-500", compounds for soft articles, urethanes for top coating, "Ekotop" with high gloss and other products. The recipes of shoe crusts, crusts for work shoes, crusts for milled articles of nappa and floater, finishing recipes were presented. During the meetings, prospects for further cooperation were outlined, and orders were received.....

The company has tested finishing of water-proof crust using chemicals from Dowell (China). Finishing was made on crusts obtained with the use of chemicals of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC. The crusts had a high rate of water resistance by linear compression. The following chemicals, which do not influence on water-proofness of the crust were used: Dowellex RC 3345 – covering compound, Dowellic RA 1300 –acrylic resin, Dowelliu RU 2307 –aliphatic polyurethane dispersion. The shiny urethane dispersion "Dowellish TOP G 7218" were used for top coating, which provided high gloss, good rub fastness and wear resistance. The water proofness test of finished leathers showed over 360 minutes of linear compression.....

The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have conducted a business trip to tanneries in Central Asia, where they tested recipes of shoe crusts for milling and recipes of articles without milling using chemicals from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC, both finishing chemicals and chemicals for dyeing-fatliquoring processes. The finished articles were positively evaluated. The final evaluation will be made by the customers of shoe factories. During the working meetings, the tannery's technicians were introduced to the novelties of the 2025/26 seasons, including fat liquors SMH-479, SMH-478, 2000 series casein-free colour pigment concentrates, and urethane for top coating "Ekotop".....

The specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have completed the development of casein-free pigment concentrates of the 2000 series in various colours, and the chemicals have been sent to tanneries for experimental and industrial testing.....

The company Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC has tested a recipe of water-proof crust using the fat liquors “SMH-GF-A”, “SMH-GF-G” and the dispersing agent “SMH-GF-D”. Several variants of the crust were made. The indicator of water permeability in dynamic conditions is normal for all variants and meets tannery requirements. The final evaluation of the article will be done after finishing.....

In the second half of June, the specialists of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC carried out a technological visit on dyeing-fatliquoring processes and finishing to tanneries in Central Asia. During the visit, the article "Shoe lining" was worked out from skins in various colours.....

The technicians of Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC have done technological trials on dyeing-fatliquoring processes. In the production the following articles were done: "Shoe crust for finishing", the article "Kant", "Shoe thickened crust" using a combination of mimosas.....

In June 2025, technicians from Shebekinskaya industrialnaya khimiya, LLC conducted a joint technological visit with technicians from Dowell, China, visiting three tanneries. During the working meetings, samples of new shoe articles were presented: "Nappa", "Floater" in various colours, wax articles. The technicians of the tanneries made cuts of the articles that interested them in order to study and further reproduce these articles in experimental shops.....

“Dowell” acrylic impregnation agents have been tested in the article with impregnation at one of the Russian tanneries. A combination of three products was tried: • «Dowellic RA 1861» - ultra-fine acrylic resin with good penetrating ability, especially for impregnation of leather, which keep softness and tightness of the leather without forming a film on the grain; easy to buff. In combination with «Dowellic RA1863» or «Dowellic RA1865», the impregnation efficiency is improved and the tendency to looseness in loose areas is eliminated;....

In an experimental shop at one of the Belarus tanneries, a recipe has been tested for obtaining the article "Shoe Crust" in thickness of 2.0 - 2.2 mm using “Dowell” chemicals (China): • «DOWELLTAN RV13» - a retanning agent based on acrylic resin. In chrome tanning «DOWELLTAN RV13» significantly improves fullness and density of grain and reduces stickiness, has an excellent dispersing effect and accelerates the penetration of vegetable tannins. It can also be used instead of vegetable extracts. It has excellent light resistance and heat resistance, and has bleaching ability;....
